HP Chromebook x360 14-inch HD Touchscreen Laptop, Intel Celeron N4000, 4 GB RAM, 32 GB eMMC, Chrome (14b-ca0010nr, Ceramic White/Mineral Silver)

My wife wanted it so she could take it to the kitchen & see the recipes on line either by sitting it on an angle or laying it down flat. She is very happy with it. Of course she uses it as a computer also, reading email, forwarding photos, etc.

I’ve purchased 3 of these now. 2 from another big box store and 1 from Amazon. I got them for my kids for virtual school, homework etc. My youngest (6 years old) loves it and uses it with ease as well as my older ones ( 8 & 9 yrs old) really great computer. Fast processing and love the touch screen.

The laptop looked really nice when first received. It was not the color ordered. It came in black when a white one was ordered, this was my second order. I ordered a white one in 2020 October for my niece. Now just over a month after receiving it - received on January 11th 2021; ordered it 29th December 2020. The screen goes black/blank when turned on. It is a waste of my money. I have since made contact with the seller.

We just needed it for a POS system

My husband and I decided to buy this as an early Christmas gift for the both of us. (More for me because I work from home and my iPad was not keeping up.) I was skeptical to buy something like this from Amazon only because I would have rather seen it in person, gotten a feel for it and all that. But Im actually very happy with this purchase and love this pc! Its fast, the touchscreen is so handy. Also the charge on this thing last for a very long time!

Underwhelmed

This was my first chromebook purchase. I bought it to use for virtual learning and it has worked out great. The screen resolution isnt the best but its not terrible. The only problem I find is when I use it as a tablet. In tablet mode I end up pushing the keys accidentally since they are on the bottom. And Ive also had trouble finding a case that fits well while in both modes. But aside from that, I have had no issues. If this one was lost or broken I would purchase it again.

Because I called HP, they and told it was shown in their system Out of Warranty ..

Its very sensitive with the touchscreen. And if you have to replace the screen its expensive its the cost of the computer and some change. Im telling you because I have to go through it. Aside from that it glares in lights if your watching tv or near lights. You can see reflections as well. That might be a downside but overall its a good Chromebook. Charges fast.
