Best purchase EVER!! I bought this for my daughter for school and its thin,sleek laptop that folds into a tablet form easily. Also touch screen so many features its the best gift to yourself or a friend.

While this refurbished computer worked for about a month, it has now become a paperweight and a total waste of my money. I should not have bought a refurbished computer, I see that now. One, after a month the keyboard wouldnt work and we could only use the touch screen. I asked for a refund and they insisted that they work through the problem rather than give me my money back. It was back and forth and they wanted me to call them, not supply me with a replacement or give me my money back without a struggle. Since my son needs the computer for his online school, I opted to keep the screen at a certain angle so that the malfunctioning keyboard would work some of the time. Then the screen turned a grayish color and all the display was distorted. I power washed (as it factory reset) the computer, but it is a hardware issue and the local computer repair shop said it was not worth it to repair. Its too late for a refund and Im not pleased with the fact they wouldnt refund me my money when I asked. So, I went to a brick-and-mortar store and bought a new computer where I can return the product if it doesnt work properly. Im disappointed and frustrated with the whole mess. I will never buy a refurbished computer again and wont work with this company again.

great product battery is 97% screen and all the computer is scratch free i love it !!!!!!

This Chromebook died in less than a year. It did not get wet or dropped and there was moderate usage of it by me only. Just one day out of the blue it would not power up and could not be charged. This is the 2nd Chromebook that has died after several months...seems like they are set to expire in hopes that you buy another

Like everything! Touch screen is amazing, quality, is good and battery life is long. Very light and travels very well! Great price!!

Its a good computer but the only challenge is my child not being able to use it to learn which is why I brought it. He has to use his phone for most assignments. I cant add it to my Microsoft Office membership for protection against malware. it looked like the perfect laptop and the price was great but not really the best choice if youre using it for Personal or Business use.

Is fast as advertised, the screen is not perfect but very good quality. As any brand new screen when turning on for first time it might looks grainy and the colors little unreal, it will take 3 to 8 hours for the screen to achieve the resolution and colors right. The firs set up took me 5 minutes, very simple and comes with many changes and innovations that at first might not be easy to adjust but eventually can be used to like any other device, i particularly find little difficult to get used is the keyboard and mouse, there are some key types are missing like delite, cap locks, etc., the mouse has more functions so you need to take a little time to study or read the manual related to that i am lazy so i solve it connecting my old style wireless keyboard/mouse. Bluetooth feature works fine , screen is perfect size not to big not to small like the 10 inches or less, battery is much better than the previous models, lightweight, overall i would strongly recommend it for what is made for ( surfing and streaming ) and believe me i am demanding regarding electronics, i focus more in the basic important things such as the processor, quality sound and resolution, as well as outputs and of course durability and by the way my chromebook is refurbished as all my electronics, never have had any issued with all them.

Overall I liked this but it is more of a tablet than it is a laptop. If you are looking to purchase this to use CRICUT design space DONT - The one you have to download to use for this is just the APP version and you only have limited features you can use and make it very difficult to get anything done. I had to return mine after a few days for this reason. Other than that it wasnt all that bad. Battery life was great. I wasnt a fan that there was only one USB port.
