Great product except it really cant do anything an actual laptop can do.. its like a phone but with a big screen that you cant take out of phone view. Honestly, dont get one, your phones just as good. Get a windows product.

I dont like this because the screen is missed up after only having it for a month or so

Awesome computer for my needs. Been using it for about a month or more. Battery is great! Only complaint I have is with the screen viewing angle. Its limited as to which angle you can see the screen. You almost have to be directly in front of it to see it perfectly bright and clear. Not directly but almost. Computer is very light for a 14 inch laptop, and its yoga style makes it easy to carry around. Its like having a king size tablet for quick demonstrations, graphs and videos. Before this I mainly used a 10 inch tablet for those business needs so having this was a huge upgrade for me. I use it as both a tablet and a laptop. I use it almost everywhere I go for my computing needs. Lighter than your typical laptop which is great.

Everything but not the Micro-Card Reader! So, why is everything pretty much as described except no card reader? Yes, its a single feature out of all the features this Chromebook has but I relied on the description on Amazons site. I bought it because of ALL the features I saw. So, yes, Im disappointed about that part of it. On the other hand, the price was very good. The AUE, automatic update expiration, is June 2027. I believe all sellers should be required to list the AUE in the product description. Ive only had it a few days, but it seems to be working properly. No problems. It arrived as expected and was well packed. Its the third refurbished Chromebook I have bought. I have had a good experience every time. (Well, except for the Card Reader, thing.) All is well, then.

This product is a 2018 model originally selling for $499. What a deal at this price! I bought this for my high school student, and she is thrilled! Im particularly impressed with the quality as a refurb. This is a great buy.

Though I just received my laptop yesterday, it looks amazing. Touchscreen is smooth. Picture quality looks great! Ill give an update in near future.
