It always scares me when I purchase something renewed or refurbished, however this laptop hasnt failed me during my years at university. Two years later and it boots up as fast as when I first bought it! AND its affordable which definitely helps a struggling student like me.

I like this HP 360. It has good, clear screen. Responsive touch screen. But as I stated its not as advertised. This model does not have a micro SD slot. So you have to connect a remote drive via USBC or USB A. So you need to have your drive and cable hang to do any sizeable down loads or programs.

The item I received was not what was in the listing. I was sent a lower grade model that had less features than listed. I tried to use the item anyway and was not able to download many applications and what I was able to download did not work properly.

The unit is exactly what I was looking for and the touch screen is fantastic

I opened the box, laptop looked amazing, began to set it up and all the sudden the screen turned off and wouldnt come back on for a few hrs. Completely gutted. Waited over a week, and it lasted literally about 15 mins.

This computer is everything it said it would be. I love it, and my kids love theirs.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this laptop for the price. It’s a nice shade of blue. The speed is good. It was very simple to get up and working right away.

Like everything! Touch screen is amazing, quality, is good and battery life is long. Very light and travels very well! Great price!!
