I’ve had the laptop for a couple weeks and have really enjoyed it. The touchscreen works well and if you’re using it as a tablet it will turn the keyboard off so it won’t mess up anything you’re working on.

Santa really wanted to bring my each of two granddaughters a Chromebook Touchscreen Laptop. Problem was - they were too expensive for Santas budget, then Santa saw these refurbished laptops on Amazon. Santa immediately saw they were in the budget and ordered the two laptops.

In the Q/A section a customer asked if the keyboard was backlit. The response was yes. I have been trying to get the keyboard to light up and finally found it is not in the spec as per HP. Good product but i more than likely would have purchased a different product had i known.

Incredible piece of basic technology! Perfect step up from iPad mini. A lot more versatility.

Setting this up on a desk to watch YouTube or stream a game is not really ideal, if you dont get the angle right, half the picture is dark or washed out

Unfortunately they keyboard had a bunch of sticky keys that wouldn’t move at all which made they keyboard unusable, it just didn’t work at all. Sent it back immediately!i changed my rating because of the free and easy return. I ordered a new one ( same one) and it’s great.
