Don’t really have anything unpleasant to say about the computer. It does it job. I like that it can keep a charge!

Look like New, condition is perfect. Benefits from Chrome OS, performance is great.

Don’t mind the screen bubbles, I put a screen protector on there. But the computer works VERY well. There hasn’t been any lagging yet. I got to choose a cute wallpaper. I can download every social media app such as Instagram, Facebook, tiktok & etc. you can flip the keyboard around so you can use it as a iPad. You can customize basically everything. 10/10. I highly recommend. It took 2 days to get to me. It’s also a perfect size too. I was afraid the 14 inch would be too small but it’s actually a perfect size. Not too small and not too big. I can definitely take this to work with me. You can also customize how big you want the screen letters to appear. Once again.. 10/10!

I so dislike the Chrome laptop. Its not user friendly and seems to take extra steps just to do simple tasks. I ACTUALLY HATE IT. Seems to go in circles app/ file icons not visible on the desk top. Need to go back and forth with having to click on the launch icon....ridiculous!

This was an excellent buy for the money. It appeared to be brand new as there were no scratches or any flaws at all to the case. The touchscreen is not as sensitive as I would like, but thats just something I need to ger used to. The battery lasts a good long time, even while using for hours it maintains the charge very well. It has 2 usb c-ports, a mini sd port, a headphone port, and only 1 regular usb port. It is heavy compared to my Acer Chromebook that I had before this one, but the screen size is a little larger. I still think it could be lighter than it is, tho. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Purchased this for my daughter and her school January 3rd. Daughter liked it a lot. Touchpad stopped working in April. We could not get it reset and we were out of the 90 days after purchase

its a great laptop! Easy to use on the go. Its lightweight, and being able to turn it into a tablet is great for movies and editing. One thing is I cant upload my pictures from my camera through USB... thank god my camera has wifi and I was able to transfer them that way it just took much longer. Its like having a big phone. Google account is your Chromebook! I love it!

Overall great product. Exactly what you would expect from this laptop; lightweight, reasonably fast and with minuscule physical flaws. Worth buying!
