> 24 hourI now have a setup with 2 of these monitors after buying one and finding the picture good for what I wanted. Lets just say this: a static picture on these monitors is good. There are some artifacts and ghosting of fast moving images, which is expected from low price monitors. The black levels are good, could be better. I had to enable full range in the display drivers to get deeper blacks. The sound is surprisingly good for speakers placed in the back. No, it is not as good as front speakers, if you have a curtain behind the monitor the sound will get a bit muffled. If it had some holes in the front for mid/high frequencies it could have been 5 stars. I might end up attaching an old sound bar with some double tape. One thing I hate about the sound is the lack of controls. Yes you can adjust from the system/keyboard, but having buttons/knobs you can adjust on the monitor is pretty basic. You have to go into menu to adjust volume, even when customizing shortcuts it is 2 button presses before you can change volume. The brightness of the screen is very even. There is some bleeding of light on the edges with dark screens but its not too bad. One very good feature is the stand. It can be adjusted in all directions. This should basic on all monitors, but for some reason many manufacturers believe old books should still be put to use. Overall not a bad choice with a limited budget. You may also consider looking into 1440 resolutions at this screen size if your eyes are good - but for most this will be just fine.

> 24 hourPicture quality good. speakers do not work via HDMI. Went to the sound app and tested them and was able to generate tones for balancing, but the speakers will not play music or voice audio from websites or CDs.

> 24 hourI got an LG monitor and it arrived broken. The build quality seemed flimsy. This HP seemed better designed out of the box. Works seemlessly. Features are intuitive. It actually looks more stylish than the main photo. Only day one, but good so far.

> 24 hourThis is a decent, reasonably priced desktop PC monitor. I only give it 4 stars because I personally prefer a much smaller monitor. I really like that is has speakers built in. My PC was a refurbished one that did not cooperate with separate plug-in speakers and I did try several models of stand alone speakers. I finally have sound! The only caveat is that Vudu movies are still almost impossible to hear through these speakers. Again, a personal preference. Vudu movies seem to be no longer compatible with any device. I can hear YouTube videos with no trouble. Further, I really like that the stand doesnt take up much room and I can store my Funko Pop figures, lotions, and dog treats under the monitor.

> 24 hourThis is a really good and clear monitor. I ordered it to use at work to make all my stuff bigger than the ones they supply us. I am almost blind and can see so much clearer on this on. HP never gets it wrong with me!

> 24 hourI purchased 4 of these monitors back in 2021 to mount on a 4 monitor tree for a new PC build. Initially I could not get any signal on the DP port of the monitors. Recently I upgraded the video card and tried again. I had to buy one more DP to HDMI cable because, again, the DP ports on these monitors does not work at all. Otherwise, these monitors are great!

> 24 hourvery easy to assemble, good image, good adjustability, even the sound is decent. It would be nice if they labeled the controls though, like too many others this monitor has black buttons on a black background for its controls, with no lettering. There are 4 buttons in a row, with up and down being the two in the center, so its not too hard to work out how to use it. But I shouldnt have to figure it out, button labels are not something that should need to be hidden. But other than that one complaint, I am very happy with my new gaming monitor.
