> 24 hourI absolutely love this laptop. Clean, light and very responsive. Im still waiting to get a pen for it so I can get to drawing. With everything Ive done with it so far I foresee few if any problems. I have streamed my Xbox on it and it looks great, I definitely wouldnt try to get any serious gaming going on it, but for what Im mainly using it for, it has far exceeded my expectations.

> 24 hourThe only negative is the power button on the side. You have to be careful not to turn it off when you pick it up by the side.

> 24 hourAs a college student I’m pretty dependent on a laptop for my work. This is my second HP laptop and I will not be buying another one. It can’t be off the charger for more than a couple hours of use and it freezes a lot. It takes forever to update, sometimes automatically which of course happens at bad times and it occasionally can’t do an update and then I have to wait for the changes to be undone. I would not recommend one to anyone.

> 24 hourI really wish there was a way to find out if you could purchase a warranty with this or if it already comes with one

> 24 hourThis computer has been great so far. The touchscreen is very sensitive, and the touchpad is actually one of the better ones I’ve ever used – usually when I use a touchpad I’m reaching for the mouse after a few minutes. With this one, I am good using the touchpad for long periods of time.

> 24 hourMy son uses his laptop to watch YouTube which has parental controls on it. It’s basically the only thing that this laptop is used for. It was working great until I just tried to turn it on and it says it doesn’t have an operating system on it. I checked for a warranty and Amazon says to contact the seller directly. The seller no longer exists.
