> 24 hourI thought this had a back-lit keyboard, but it didnt. It isnt the laptop that was displayed in the photo, but it meets my needs. I simply ordered a portable USB light for when its needed.

> 24 hourExcellent laptop, everything is pretty good. The only thing that is Okay about it is the touchscreen.

> 24 hourSpent hours researching models to figure out speed, storage, brand and price. Took out of box, plugged in and started updates…unbelievably hot. Hard to believe that it could get so hot so fast sitting on wooden table. Packed it up and sent it back.

> 24 hourThis is not like what I thought I ordered. It is not all silver metal. The black plastic back feels cheap and there is no finger print place. Just not at all what I expected.

> 24 hourSimple complaint. No fingerprint reader while all the marketing splash advertises this feature all over the page.

> 24 hourThe keyboard isnt a light silver more of a dark gray. Works wonderfully. Great sound. Works well for college students.

> 24 hourMy daughter absolutely loves hers! The flip touch screen is perfect fit for her needs. Battery life is excellent and the security of the pioneering reader is awesome.

> 24 hourI wasnt expecting much from a convertible laptop, though itd been a while since Id used one. I was really impressed! Having a tablet mode is really useful, especially being able to set it keyboard-down and use it as a touchscreen. Came with a decent amount of bloat, but WinSlap and some good old-fashioned uninstalling fixed that. Its nothing useful, just the run-of-the-mill HP trialware and some sponsored stuff.
