> 3 dayThis is not like what I thought I ordered. It is not all silver metal. The black plastic back feels cheap and there is no finger print place. Just not at all what I expected.

> 3 dayI was in need of a new laptop and I usually buy the 15 to 17 inch. I ALWAYS buy HP so that narrowed it down. I ordered this 14in laptop that I can fold into a tablet or stand like a Teepee to watch movies etc... I love this computer. It is sturdy... the sound is amazing... the graphics are so clear and vivid. It is the perfect computer for me. LOVE IT!!!!

> 3 dayThe specs in this laptop are not terrible, but the laptop itself is pretty weak. I honestly dont mind it so much, but for someone who might be bringing it everywhere they go, you might want to reconsider.

> 3 dayI received a computer with inferior characteristics in both software and hardware components. I received a chromebook not a pavilion x360, its like a theft.

Greater than one weekThis laptop was a huge disappointment. First off, the mouse is just terribly designed. It has like a matte feel to it, and your finger cannot move smoothly on it and keeps on getting stuck. The battery life is just atrocious, I used it one day for regular use (writing and browsing. no gaming or movies) and the battery didnt even last 3 hours! The laptop itself is not lightweight, and the plug that comes with it is quite clunky and heavy. The battery gets crazy hot from regular use, so you hear the fan turning on every 10 min or so, which is quite annoying. The computer was also slow and kept on buffering, it didnt feel like it has 8 RAM. The only thing I liked in this laptop is the fact that it comes with 3 usb ports. If youre looking for something in this price range, I would recommend the Microsoft surface Go. Although its smaller than the HP (its like 12.4) and only has 2 ports (and also lacks a SD card slot, which is a huge downside), its better than the HP in every way. Its sleeker, nicer, lighter, better performance, Im not sure about battery life yet, but so far it has been 10 steps ahead than the HP in every way. I do not recommend this laptop at all. look somewhere else!

> 3 dayThe touch screen works fine, and I haven’t had any major problems with the laptop OTHER THAN I think it may have been used before?
