I bought this laptop for personal casual use and it does everything I need it to do, and does it well.

The processor actually is 512 gb instead of only 256, so I am very happy with it. Arrive on time and runs perfect

Received the HP Pavilion today, followed set up instructions. Plugged in laptop, powered on....took about 5 minutes to load. Started the set up process, suddenly the screen went black, and power light turned off. Called HP and Amazon to try trouble shooting, they recommended returning the product because it should have turned on even right out of the box as long as it was plugged in. Tried multiple plug outlets as well. Processed a return through amazon. Now I have to pack it up and bring to UPS store. The fan is still running on the laptop but there are no lights on so I have to wait until it completely dies before boxing it up. Customer service was very friendly but I just cannot trust HP at this point so I will be buying a Dell now.

Spent hours researching models to figure out speed, storage, brand and price. Took out of box, plugged in and started updates…unbelievably hot. Hard to believe that it could get so hot so fast sitting on wooden table. Packed it up and sent it back.

admittedly,I got this on Prime day, so the <$650 price tag is a big factor here. Based on that price though, this thing is pretty amazing. So far it has booted quickly, touchscreen works well, and the tablet mode is great. The keyboard is nice enough, the touchpad is ok, but did not have a left or right click (But within a few minutes I was getting used to the difference between one two and three finger taps).

My normal go to when looking at Windows touchscreens is a Surface or Surface book, but this little laptop comes in a close second. The Screen is bright and easy to see (although not good at all in the sun). The keyboard is fantastic (one of the best Ive seen in a laptop). The only thing keeping this from getting 5 stars is the trackpad...it has some play in it and doesnt feel anywhere near as nice and quality as the rest of this laptop.

False advertisements! This is Hp 360, but it does not have fingerprint recognition and it is not all silver. Please update this picture and show the actual product you are selling.

Simple complaint. No fingerprint reader while all the marketing splash advertises this feature all over the page.

This is not like what I thought I ordered. It is not all silver metal. The black plastic back feels cheap and there is no finger print place. Just not at all what I expected.

I thought this had a back-lit keyboard, but it didnt. It isnt the laptop that was displayed in the photo, but it meets my needs. I simply ordered a portable USB light for when its needed.
