HTC HC M100 Dot View Flip Case for One M8 - Orange

Pretty cool, but hate how the hinge is just plastic and curved to always bend over onto the screen, I fear after using it for so long I might bend it out of its shape to where it wouldnt close correctly, so I got a different case instead. But it works well.

I got a gold htc one M8 and the orange cover matches the color perfectly. The case protects the front and back of the phone well and the materiality of the case feels pretty good. If you take 1 minute to read the instructions there are some pretty cool features to play with. The dot view cover is flexible enough to allow you to hold the phone in one hand even with the cover flipped all the way to the back. I dont have the problem of not being able to hold it in one hand, or having annoying cover keeps flipping back while taking a call, as mentioned in some reviews. (Im a 55 girl and obviously I dont have giant hands ...) Just a head up, with a screen protector of decent quality/thickness, the dot view will not close properly. I have the Spigen cover on my screen, so the right side of the dot view cover is now raised up by like 1/8, but the features are working just fine. I guess if you got the dot view for your phone, chances are you dont really need a screen protector. I didnt purchase the screen insurance with at&t so I used a screen protector just in case. Just personal preference. Hope the review helps :)

not good material wise.

A tight fit, but the front can be a little flimsy. Its also made to flip back to the front, so youll have to force it back with your hand. So dont expect to flip it open or take pictures/video with one hand. This version has a matte backside (far better than the glossy version) but scratches easily. Despite all the cons, dot view itself is pretty cool, which makes it worth it IMO.

This case was overall a great buy. The price tag was right where I needed it to be. Upon first installing the case I noticed that the flip cover didnt rest flat in the phone but it only took a couple of days for the case to break in and the cover was as advertised. I really like the coating on this case it gives a good amount of grip but not to much to where you cant get it in or out of your pocket.

Love this case its very sensitive thats the only reason it gets a four other than that it works great and Ive dropped my phone couple times and no damage

This was an awesome product. I only have one issue with it. Since it is a DOT case, dust gets through the dots and leaves thousands of little dots on my screen that I have to constantly wipe away.

I give 5 star if the case closed all the way
