Broken after submerging it in water. Called customer service and got a replacement. Good wide angle camera but definitely not for under water usage.

So far so good. this camera is great. Super versatile, and feels natural in your hand. I dont have to worry about dropping it. Off the box i had some issues pairing it, easily fixed by reading the manual and realizing you need to have the SD camera in it. Once its up and running pairing it with the App makes this screen less camera even funner. I can have someone carry it around and use the app to control the shutter. I have not tested the waterproof abilities [submerged], but it has seen a bit of snow. And its still working. The lens is a bit fisheye styled so you loose a bit of true depth and can make some things look a bit wobbly. Slow motion feature is not the best quality, but i hardly ever use it. Bought a mount and a strap for this and even tried it on my cat :P honestly, you cant go wrong with this camera. For the features and the price... you win. Yea it looks like an inhaler or a PEZ dispenser but it also didnt break your bank like your GoPro did.

I absolutely LOVE this camera. I researched this camera as an option to take on our honeymoon with us, and decided it was a good fit after reading some reviews. I bought it early to test out and took it to the water park. It was fabulous! Great pictures and fun video easily - the waterproof feature was great. We just went on our honeymoon - a 7-day cruise through New England and Canada and a day in New York City after. There were several times when I told my husband I LOVE this camera. It is so easy to use, and really does keep you in the moment. I would just snap away while still enjoying whatever we were doing. The pictures are great quality, and you get so much rich background in. I had a picture I snapped in Times Square and got it all in there, and someone on my facebook asked if I had a selfie stick. No selfie stick here! Just a small unobtrusive camera. I saw other travelers with big heavy fancy cameras around their necks; I enjoyed the small light Re hanging around my neck or my wrist (I purchased the lanyard) that was not cumbersome at all. Others reviews had the con listed of the camera not being good in low light, and this is definitely true. Pictures come out a little blurry if you dont hold it steady. We were at the top of the Empire State Building and I rested the camera on the metal crossings and got some great pictures of the NYC lights from this little guy! No blur. Other pictures in a restaurant were a mix of good or blurred. Battery life was great! I charged it up each night, and there was only one day that I got the low battery warning towards the end of the day when we were back on the ship already. Using this to take pictures instead of my phone also helped my phone battery life tremendously. If I had been using my phone (which is what I usually do) it probably would have died before noon each day and then, no more pictures! If youd like an affordable, fun, and simple camera this is a must buy! It truly was perfect for us. Ive included a photo taken by the Re at the Bay of Fundy Sea Caves in Saint John, Canada to show picture quality.

hello, my name is Paula Merino and I am writing to make a claim, what happens is that I bought a htc re camara day July 16 and today the camera does not turn on or charge the battery, so Im very upset about the object is new and damage. I need an answer and a change of product, I pay about 100 dollars and the product was not hard or 2 weeks. I expect a prompt response.

I think the HTC RE is not good as I thought. Since it just a camera and phone can work as this. It is useless

I love the idea of this and really with they make a newer, improved version. This is the digital alternative to a disposable camera. Its extremely durable, can be synced so many ways, is easy to use, etc. The battery doesnt last very long though since you cant turn it off without using a phone. I bought it so I can take pictures without my phone, so I had to recharge it after maybe 5 or 8 hours of pictures. Beat my expectations & takes great pictures with incredible resolution. Would buy again

Didnt know what to expect, but I actually really like it. Takes great pictures and videos if the lighting is good. There do seem to be blury ones on occasion if the objects are moving quickly and the low light is just OK. The microphone is also not the best, but it works. I got this for anytime I want to grab a few pics of my daughters playing or doing activities. If I want professional pictures taken, I will pay someone, but this is great for just quick pics and videos.

It is very cool. I wish it had a better on / off button to conserve the battery, but I knew what it was before I bought it, so if lives up to my expectations.

Ive had several of these and love the point and shoot aspect of this camera. It doesnt need a lens finder because with the ultra wide angle, everything will be in the frame. Im sad HTC stopped making these.
