Works great. Super easy to install

My door knob handle must be closer to the door than other levers because there was no way I could apply this mechanism without turning it at a 45⁰ angle, otherwise the knob could not be pulled down to open the door. I didnt realize that the first time I applied it and had to rip it off the wall which pulled paint off (oops! Shouldve used floss or fishing wire instead to gently scrap the mechanism off). That said, it works! It doesnt look pretty since I have to keep it at an angle, but it does the job well and sticks to the door very well.

I bought this to prevent my cat from opening my lever doors. Its great! Easy to install it. Easy to open it when its locked even with single hand. Does the job to prevent my cat from opening the lever!!

These work!! The adhesive is great! They do not budge at all after applying to door. The one downside is the smell! I’m not sure if it’s the adhesive or not but the smell was horrid when first opening! The smell did dissipate after a few hours though. This is why I didn’t tap 5 stars.

Good product

I bought this product to keep my nonverbal grandson from slipping out of a rented beach condo. The kit was easy to install and it worked great. It kept him inside the condo and we didnt have to worry about him getting into danger. Right before we left we followed the manufactures directions for removal on their YouTube video. We heated it with a hairdryer for about 5 minutes and it popped off easily without damaging the paint on the door. We kept the plastic strip that we took off to install the kit and we were able to use it to recover the back of the door lock. I plan to reuse it in the future. I highly recommend this product!

Easy to install. My 2 yr old tried to get the door open several times and couldnt.

Overall, I think this product is great. I do with it held a bit more as ours only made it a couple weeks. That being said, Im sure they werent meant to withstand actually being pawed at. And, of course, when they were ripped off, they took door paint with it. But, again, for their intended use thats met with little to no resistance or persistence, I think theyre great. I initially purchased these because one of our dogs learned how to open the doors, and we were hoping this would alleviate that problem. And, it did. until he started pawing and clawing at them. For human children, I doubt this would be as big of an issue.
