Im not a professional mechanic but so a lot of DIY .. and this product is killer .. in a good way .. so much power.. only complaint I have was manual was a little vague .. but great product

I dont know why I kept this gun instead of returning it. Ive had it since 2019 and have only used it a few times, and each time I use it Im highly disappointed again. The gun is not very powerful. I thought this was due to the small compressor I have hooked up (big one in storage due to moving), but it bangs for a bit before compressor kicks on to bring the pressure back in acceptable range. This gun is no stronger than a harbor fright central pneumatic 1/2 impact weve had for 15+ years. They do the same job, but I was hoping for more. The ingersol rand cant even remove caliper bolts on a 2500hd that are torqued to 221 ft lbs. Had to get out the ol breaker bar and stand on it as to not wrench my back bent over in the fender well. The other part that sucks is the hog ring they use on the end of the gun to keep your socket from falling off. This made my sockets get stuck to the point of having to beat them off with pliers. Then the hog ring expanded and pretty much fell off. Total junk and waste of money. I wish I would have returned it for a refund when I had the chance.

Great power. No need to buy Snap On or Matco for double the cost. If you’re worried about it, for just a few dollars more, you can purchase an extended warranty for it.

This gun has always been a favorite of mine and never ceases to perform. Keep it clean and oiled and it will last many years. Great buy for the beginner or professional.

This gun is huge its very wide. Didnt expect it to be so big. But its Very powerful!

Awesome impact gun! Great power and quiet also! Feels a bit heavier than the 2135 impact that this replaced, but it is balanced very well and I dont even notice the weight.
