I often work in game design, play various games, and edit in 3D environments such as blender and Autodesk inventor. I am more than confident this CPU could handle all of those tasks with blazing speeds. Pairs really well with a 3060 Ti.

I am grading the main heading at the top of the page that does not let the consumer know a cooler is not included. Would have been nice to know this before purchasing, and now I wait for a cooler. The information is included under Q and A.

Super powerful CPU at a sweet spot for a price. After reviewing CPU chart on Toms hardware, I purchased the core I512600K because its extremely fast and costs $100 to $200 less than comparable CPUs. I upgraded from a Intel core I5 9400 CPU and there was absolutely no comparison. This CPU smokes. Overall, Im very happy with the purchase.

The single core speed for this chip is insane. About 20% increase. As you may know, this chip has hybrid architecture. 6 “Performance” Cores and 4 “Efficient” Cores. The top 12900K has 8 Performance 8 Efficient Cores. The 12900K is way hot, and intel souped this processor up to barely beat the Ryzen 5950x but with a lot more heat generated. Keep in mind the 5950 is $799 compared to $579, but Intels is way more inefficient and hot.

Man this thing is a beast. Aero G Gigabyte Board, 32g Corsair Ram, Asus Tuf Gaming 3080 12G. The thing rips through anything you throw at it. So nice...I am using a LL Galahad 360mm water cooler thing never got hot all summer in 90+ degree weather.

Still the best processor in its segment, both for performance and price.

This thing runs like a beast. I can get a 43% OC in Ai tweaker and even stress testing getting the CPU up to 80C it still runs rock solid. I got mine on sale for $182 and at that price its an absolute steal.

240mm aio keeps this thing under 45° at all times. Paired with a rtx3070 and there’s no game I can’t handle currently!

Good price for Next gen performance definitely a must buy for anyone who likes to play CPU heavy games like a Paradox, Civ or Total war game
