JanSport Cool Student 15-Inch Laptop Backpack-Classic School Bag, Navy, One Size

I use this to carry my work MacBook, personal iPad, a textbook or two, and my lunch daily! I have zero complaints so far. But then again, Jansport has always offered quality products

When I try to zip open any section of the backpack, it gets caught, even when closing it. As a high school student who only has 3 minutes to get to your next class I am worried this will make me late.

This backpack sucks I got it and it’s super uncomfortable, the straps curve in and the plastic parts bruised my ribs. Don’t get.

My daughter loves this backpack! Sturdy and nice looking. Love the leather bottom too.

Bought the backpack and started using it in June, the zipper got caught and malfunctioned in around September/October, and now it does not zip up at all in January. Its a nice looking backpack that meets my needs as a college student, but the lifespan is pitiful. I spent 50$ on this backpack hoping that it would last me a couple years, but it is no longer usable after a few months.

I should have listened to the other reviews. The zipper gets stuck regardless of how careful you are. There is a serious design flaw with the seams that cover the zippers. I wanted a bag with lots of compartments for organization. However, I can barely use these pockets as they are constantly getting stuck. I do not feel like this bag will last much and its been less than a month. I feel like this was such a poor investment. I expected more from a brand like jansport.
