Greater than one weekIve been a Jansport customer for probably 20 years, this is the first time Ive ever had anything fall apart. We are only 4 months into the school year and my 10th graders backpack is in shambles. The top of the arm strap is coming undone from the backpack and the leather is cracked and peeling. Unbelievable
