I dont think this is a legitimate Jansport product . The delivery was not sealed properly . Thrre were two dirt marks on the bag . There are at least two places where the bag is damaged and the main zip is stuck. So whole item has signmof legitimacy compared to a Jansport bag bought from a shop in Australia . Therefore will have to return it unless the buyer provides a proper replacement

I love Jansport. Ive been using Jansport exclusively since high school. But, my son wanted a different style backpack. It has since ripped to shreds. My son is now a Jansport lover, too!

I’m not sure what the difference is with Jansport bags from Amazon vs. regular stores. I purchased one here and the same one from an office store. The one purchased from the office store still is in great condition after a year of school. The one purchased from Amazon has their shoulder straps completely worn out where it sits right on the shoulders. Both kids carry a similar load amount to school (lunch bags, books, chromebook). I’m a Jansport loyalist and have always purchased Jansport backpacks for school and travel that last for years. This was the first time I had an inferior product, and it was purchased here. Disappointed to say the least. Beware of purchasing this product from here.

I havent broke the zippers or made holes in it yet so im happy ,been useing it about 4 months

I have always purchase JanSport and it is a quality product. this is the third backpack that I purchased and it is always very sturdy
