A little smaller than I imagined, but thats more my fault than the item. I love the intricacy of the mechanism and the craftsmanship. It should be fun as a prop.

I have another Japanese parasol I got ages ago size 22. I always thought it wasn’t that great until I bought this one size 33. The difference in sizes is almost minimal. The craftsmanship on this one is subpar as the umbrella is a bit shorter on one side. The paint although dry is a bit sticky feeling and the paint job is just eh. There’s glue on the outside which is pretty noticeable and I’m trying to rub it off gently. There’s a faint odor and to me it smells like dog poop. I’m airing it out and hoping it goes away. If this wasn’t for a few cosplay pictures I would return it. If you want something cheap to use a few times this will be fine. If you want something for full time decoration purposes, this isn’t it.

The color is not accurate. I was expecting a softer pink as the picture shows but unfortunately its more of a pepto bismol pink. I will still use this as a photo prop.

I purchased two of these for my granddaughters. They were very excited and have played and played with them. These are not toys and are made of good quality bamboo and paper for the umbrella part. I was a little concerned about little fingers getting pinched but that has not happened. These would be good with a costume but I would not say practical for any raining situation.

Its cheaply made and will last if your careful for a Halloween costume! I wouldnt bring it up and down many times, a fear it will break. Will not last in the wind, its for in door use. Its perfect for a one night of fun and maybe and I mean maybe last a few times more?

I ordered this so I could hang it on the door and put flowers in it. It is a much darker pink than this. It is pretty, but the area at the top where all the spines come together is red plastic. It doesnt match at all. If fixed that by making sure the ribbon I tied around it artfully camouflaged the red. I had also hoped this had a cane handle, but it doesnt.

The quality is very nice and this seems to be of sturdy construction. The end where the umbrella is attached to the handle is awkwardly covered with a little piece of pink cloth and this is the only reason it didnt get 5 stars.

I ordered 4 red umbrellas for a photoshoot with my bridesmaids. I received 4 hot pink umbrellas. Aside from the color these were good umbrellas. New, came in plastic wrap and opened up and pretty. But pretty in pink, not red like I had ordered so I didnt use them :(

It is a medium sized umbrella and is exactly as described. It wouldnt stand up to a strong wind or anything like that - it is good for a decorative piece or a shade umbrella for the sun.

I got this to use as a photography prop and its a lovely addition to my collection. The little girls love modeling with it and the adult ladies enjoy using it as a prop to hold so they dont look or feel so self-conscious. Theres some comments about the little bit of fabric at the top but I dont find it too big of a deal. Ill upload one of the pics that Ive taken using it and you can see for yourself. Its very lovely for the price! Id get another one if needed.
