got this for a baby shower umbrella.. mom isnt the frufru traditional type. more of a sleek pearls kind of girl. she loved it! and put it in the nursery for her new baby girl! took the advice of another reviewer to snip off the ends at the top of where that little extra paper is, because it looks unfinished. did that and its perfect

One of my potted porch ferns was getting a bit too much sun in the evening, so I gave it this umbrella sticking out like a mini umbrella in a drink cup. Looks and works great out in the weather all summer.

The quality is very nice and this seems to be of sturdy construction. The end where the umbrella is attached to the handle is awkwardly covered with a little piece of pink cloth and this is the only reason it didnt get 5 stars.

Lightweight & pretty

This product is pretty much as described and what one might expect for the price. It probably wont last if you just give it to a small girl (weve had one failure with this product out of two), but if you want it for a photo prop or a special occasion and you make sure an adult opens and closes it, it should be fine. It looks nice and the swatch of fabric at the peak can be trimmed down to look a little neater.

These umbrellas are pretty. I hang them in the corners of my livingroom. They add color and whimsy to any room.

I bought this to see if it would protect my hydrangea from the sweltering weather (over 100 Jul & Aug & Sept) but didn’t use it yet. I’ll try next year. It has a big job to wether heat and sprinklers so I’ll let you know then.

So I just received my package today Dec. 5, 2014 and I love it because of how beautiful it is. I have never bought a parasol before and this is a gift for my sister. I was worried on how it would look in person but once I opened it up I wanted one for myself because thats when you see how pretty it actually is.

Using this cute umbrella for a music festival love the hand painted flowers wish the design went all the way around but so practical for the price !

Much nicer than I expected. Bought one each for my sister and me. Holds up better than traditional paper and helps keep the sun off!
