This bag has so much room. My sons books, laptop and shoes fit in it with no problem

Purchased for grandson and he loves it!

My son uses for college and is loaded up with books galore ! So far it’s been a great quality, well made back pack which is exactly what he was needing.

Updated 1/12/23: a couple days after I posted my original review, the company reached out to resolve the issue. They offered a full refund or a replacement backpack. My son opted for the replacement because he really does love the design of the backpack. The replacement arrived a couple days later, and the company followed up to ensure it was received. I have to applaud their outreach and support for their customers. I raised my score to a 4 because I can’t yet speak to the durability of the new bag, but I’m super pleased with how the seller handled the issue and thought it would be helpful for others to know how they stand by their product and support their customers. I was waiting to write a review to see if this bag would hold up as I had hoped it would. Unfortunately it didn’t. The space, compartments, and design of this bag is great, and my son loved it as his school bag since we purchased in the end of September 2022, but by mid-December 2022, the seam on the strap has ripped, and I suspect he’ll be down to one working strap soon. In the past, I’ve gotten backpacks through a company that offers lifetime guarantees of their products, but when he outgrew the last one, I took a chance on this bag after reading reviews about its durability, and I’m sorry to say it was a mistake.

I got about 8.5 months of daily usage from this bag. I really do love the capacity of it, so I am buying it again with a gift card. I received the gift card from the Asurion plan. It was very easy to file a claim! I recommend you get the plan because for practically $8 you get a new backpack once your first one falls apart. Mine ripped at the seam near the largest compartment where I stored my laptop and larger textbooks.

wish I would have noticed the small print that it needed a battery pack to run the charger. The bag is very nice still happy with the purchase.

I’ve been using this bag for roughly a week and so far it has been quite comfortable. The cushions in the back are extremely soft and very comfy. One thing I did notice is that; the sponge or whatever material in the shoulder straps seem to be worn out. I completely love the numerous compartments/section that the bag has. This is the bag I’ve been searching for in terms of carrying capacity. I could fit majority of my stuff from a carry-on suit case inside this bag. The usb connector seems a bit old and doesn’t utilize a power bank properly. This isn’t really a bad thing, just use your power bank without the usb connector at the side. Overall it was a very good buy, I’m just worried about the cushioning material being worn out :/ Update: My zipper just got messed up. I contacted the seller and informed them about what had happened and they gave me numerous options about what to do next. I am 100% satisfied with how the seller went about providing customer service!

Good quality material! Seems very sturdy and has performed well so far! Tons of various zippered pockets! Pockets within pockets plus the side pockets for a bottle water etc was a must for me! Just took this on it’s 1st plane ride and it did great housing securely all my electronics with tons of room to spare! Fit under the seat on the plane and no issues through security! Great backpack!

Love how much space is in this backpack. I was able to pack two computers (work & personal). Paper, handbooks, change of clothes, bathing suit for the beach and snacks with room to spare!!! (Plus many other small misc. Items). It has so many compartments and pouches there really is an organized place for everything!!!
