> 3 dayBought the backpack on 8/15 and now on 9/21, backpack is ripped. Can’t return for refund or exchange as it’s over the 30 days deadline. Very bad quality. Can’t believe it! 9/25 - I couldn’t believe someone from the company reached out and resent me the backpack. I am in shock and awe. Thank you for standing behind your product! Greatly appreciate the company sent out the backpack within 2 days. We just received the backpack so thank you! 10/10- so far the product haven’t shown any sign of issue. Hoping this backpack will last till end of school year, 06/2023.

Greater than one weekI just recieved my brand new backpack. After my original review (1 star) about the (otherwise terrifically designed) backpacks stitching, in the front pocket, letting go after only a few months of normal use (see picture). The company sent me an Amazon message asking how they can remedy the situation, stating that theyve gotten a new supply line and believe the quality is improved. I replied that I loved the design and construction, except the stitching failure. I happily loaded my new backpack. NOTE: This could become a 5 if the durability question is well answered with the new bag.

> 3 dayThere is nothing to NOT like about these bags! Fits over carry-on handle easily, comfortable straps, safe compartment for laptops/tablets/electronics and supplies, pockets galore! We love these and would highly recommend. *Only downside - extra large size will not fit under seats when filled.

> 3 dayIt’s super roomy and I’m able to fit all of my usual one to two day travel clothes and light video gear inside. Be careful though if you have a larger laptop. Not that it won’t fit; it fits my 16” MacBook Pro with plenty of space left but the zippers can come undone if you are running, like I did sprinting through the airport one time. To solve this, just be sure to close your bag with the zippers on either side of the backpack, not the top. It’s not made from the best quality materials but if you don’t abuse it, it should last quite a while. I’ll update this if anything breaks…

> 3 dayIve used my trusty everki backpack for about 6-7 years. She was battle tested and survived near daily use (at least 90-95% used every day) and nearly 60 international flights. It however was not perfect but was absolutely great for its utility for the time i had it. It finally crapped out and now the flagship everki backpack doesnt even have the luggage pass-thru handles and I did not want to spend $160 for the same backpack I have been using for the last 7 years. I decided to give this backpack a shot and boy I am happy I did! This is on par with the feature set of the best everki backpacks for a fraction of the cost. The build is good and sturdy (not on par with everki but for the price a steal) and I feel it will last me a few years. I can easily carry 2-3 laptops in it and a few tablets on top of it if needed. Has great and well thought out storage and hidden compartments. Really have to be knitpicky for the price point to find any real flaws. For the price you will be hard pressed to find anything better.
