Update; I contacted the seller and explained what happened with backpack. They replaced it immediately! What great customer service. I’m happy to do business with them again. I love the utility of this backpack. Its great for the gym, or traveling. However, after a year, the materials are starting to wear down and I expect more durability from my gear. Specifically, the outside handle is made of plastic and has broken. Also, the inside mesh divider ripped.

Fits my technology and a change of clothes in there. Zips up for a more compact feel Great quality and quality of the material is sturdy.

Due to my frequent flying on my job, I struggled with my carry-on suitcase and briefcase holding my laptop, cables and docs when I needed to show ID and boarding pass to get through security and at the gate. I noticed others using a backpack which left a free hand. I bought this backpack and it is terrific! The pocket holding the backpack is well padded and with the many pockets, it holds everything including my clothes and shaving/shower gear. And the charging port is wonderful! My phone was low and I needed to eat so at an airport eatery, I plugged in my phone to my backpack and charged it up. It was beyond fantastic! I highly recommend this backpack. I’ve only used it twice so I don’t know about durability yet, but it seems very strong so far.

This is a terrific backpack . It has plenty of pockets for gear and seems very substantial. If ever needed I would buy another one .

As a pilot this is a great substitute for a flight bag, without paying the absurd price for an “aviation” item. Works really great. Enough space for my flight gear and three days of clothing items.

The title is looks good as I wont have the chance to really test it until 1 and a half month from now. There are multiple pockets and is quite big indeed (which is what I was looking for). The padding on the back looks very comfortable. When I travel I bring a lot of cr@p and I will see how this one performs. When checking the interior, the material feels cheap, however the outside is the other way around, it gives me good confidence that it will stay strong.

Very good traveling bag for a large laptop and other business relate items…

UPDATED REVIEW 10/15/22 to 5-STARS- vendor emailed me re: my 9/22/22 bad review and product issues. He offered to refund or send brand new replacement backpack. I really love the design and functionality of this laptop backpack, so many great features. He emailed me Thur 10/13 11pm EST and I received a brand new backpack on Sat 10/15 lunchtime, wow thats great service. The vendor absolutely owned the customer experience and exceeded my expectations, especially 3 months after purchase (60 days after warranty). I have another 30-day trip to Asia coming up in March and will test it out for round two trial lol. Im feeling more optimistic this backpack will do its job. Thank you Loris from Jiefeike company! ORIGINAL REVIEW 9/28/22- utter garbage and useless after only 3 weeks Brand new backpack -bought in July 2022, took on 3-week leisure trip to Manila in Sept 2022. Backpack was in the hotel the entire trip, not an adventure backpacking excursion. The fabric tore apart from the seams on one side of backpack, one of the tightening straps is almost completely torn off, and one of the side zipper seams will not stay closed no matter what I do. My laptop actually fell out the side of the backpack at the airport screening area, luckily not on the hard floor. This backpack only added stress during my vacation. I am really disappointed how poorly built it is. The design is great but quality and function are utter garbage. Total waste of money as Im also past the 30-day return point.

This backpack has been amazing for me, an absolute game changer. I can fit so much inside it, it almost seems magical. Even when Im not using all of its space, I love being able to organize everything in all the pockets. Also, the snap key chain is way cooler and more useful than I expected. I never have to dig through the pockets to find my keys. When it rains, I never have to worry about my books or laptop getting wet! Water seems to slide right off of it, and the one time I got caught in a downpour hard enough to get through the fabric on the front pocket, even though the fabric was damp, nothing inside got wet at all! I havent had to fly with it yet, but I have traveled on the road with it, and it was easy to pack everything I needed into it, and I was still able to grab most things out of it easily without having to rummage through. I have mainly used this as my bag to bring to work with notebooks and basic things and, more importantly, for Dungeons and Dragons. For DMing or playing, I can fit everything, thats my laptop, all of my books, maps, binders of notes, dice, my DM screen, my box of miniatures, my dice tray, and snacks into it without ever having trouble getting it zipped. I love this backpack so much.

We bought this backpack for my grandson. His previous backpacks tore at the handle, this one has a cable through the handle so we are hoping it will last longer than the others. Will update as he uses it in his Spring semester.
