Bought the backpack on 8/15 and now on 9/21, backpack is ripped. Can’t return for refund or exchange as it’s over the 30 days deadline. Very bad quality. Can’t believe it! 9/25 - I couldn’t believe someone from the company reached out and resent me the backpack. I am in shock and awe. Thank you for standing behind your product! Greatly appreciate the company sent out the backpack within 2 days. We just received the backpack so thank you! 10/10- so far the product haven’t shown any sign of issue. Hoping this backpack will last till end of school year, 06/2023.

Bought this bag for a trip to Florida because I didnt want to struggle with a suitcase. It was perfect, I managed to fit 5 outfits and 2 pair of shoes in this backpack and still had a bit of room left.

Im still finding pockets! I recently used this for a trip. I purchased this specifically to take my laptop and work with me. It more than impressed me. Its sturdy, durable, and has a lot of pockets. I especially liked the deep pockets for the water bottles. Past back packs have been too shallow. This is worth every penny.

This bag has so much room. My sons books, laptop and shoes fit in it with no problem

Update; I contacted the seller and explained what happened with backpack. They replaced it immediately! What great customer service. I’m happy to do business with them again. I love the utility of this backpack. Its great for the gym, or traveling. However, after a year, the materials are starting to wear down and I expect more durability from my gear. Specifically, the outside handle is made of plastic and has broken. Also, the inside mesh divider ripped.

Update: I have changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars due to the seller’s fantastic customer service! Within a day of writing my original review, the seller contacted me to apologize for the defect and offered to make it right by either giving me a full refund or sending me another backpack free of charge. I opted for the new backpack since overall my daughter did like the pack. I was pleasantly surprised to receive it only two days later! Based on other reviews, I am hoping the original backpack was just a fluke and this backpack will last the school year. I am so impressed with the customer service from this company and was happy to give them another chance. Their responsiveness and communication were top notch! Two weeks into the school year and the side strap already ripped off. Based on this, I don’t have high hopes for it to last for the whole school year. The size is nice though. My daughter can fit all of her things for school into it with room to spare.

I purchased this after reading the reviews, thinking it had all this space. The problem is that there are so many pockets that you dont really have access to all the space you might think you have

This was a great choice for my last trip to Florida. The laptop was extremely easy to access and the backpack held A LOT of stuff and was still comfortable to carry. Very sturdy and great for traveling. Would definitely purchase this again!
