I am writing to update my original post where I expressed disappointment with the original product. After review submission, Customer Service immediately reached out to me to assist me with my purchase. The backpack offers the generous inside space, convenient openings for the laptop cord, and a cool stylish look. My son loved the backpack and jumped at the offer for a replacement!

Very spacious, filled to the brim with pockets, very helpful for carrying around my laptop.

I got this backpack because I start my freshmen year of college within a week and I loveee the backpack. It has a lot of space, I didn’t expect it to be this big. Thank youuu.

I use this travel backpack almost daily. I carry it to work and put my bottled waters & lunch in it. I carry my laptop in it sometimes and documents/folders. I’ve also used it for travel and as an overnight bag. I love that it is oversized and it truly is a durable backpack with tons of storage and pockets. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made.

Update; I contacted the seller and explained what happened with backpack. They replaced it immediately! What great customer service. I’m happy to do business with them again. I love the utility of this backpack. Its great for the gym, or traveling. However, after a year, the materials are starting to wear down and I expect more durability from my gear. Specifically, the outside handle is made of plastic and has broken. Also, the inside mesh divider ripped.

Bigger than i thought i was looking for a bag big enough to hold my work gear and food container and this bag is bigger than i thought tons of pockets

UPDATE: adding 1 star for Outstanding customer service! The seller contacted me after I posted my review offering a refund or replacement. The Amazon return window had already closed; it was 4.5 months after purchase. Within a few days a new backpack was delivered. Hopefully the new will not come apart. The backpack seemed well made and is very spacious. It was used by a high schooler for books. After only 4 months of use, the shoulder strap had begun to come apart as has the side strap that crosses over the side pocket and clips in front. Pics attached. For the price, I would have expected the item to last a while longer. I will be lucky if it makes it through one semester or half a school year. Disappointing.

The title is looks good as I wont have the chance to really test it until 1 and a half month from now. There are multiple pockets and is quite big indeed (which is what I was looking for). The padding on the back looks very comfortable. When I travel I bring a lot of cr@p and I will see how this one performs. When checking the interior, the material feels cheap, however the outside is the other way around, it gives me good confidence that it will stay strong.
