Small issue with my hardware as it arrived damaged in shipping, the manufacturers response to my email was very quick and they had a replacement part out to me immediately.

I use this product in multiple ways. From electronic repair to gluing decorative Christmas ornaments it excels at all. It’s pricy but definitely built to last. I can certainly recommend it to others.

This is a critical review pointing out things that need to be improved. So please understand that I like this product, but only because of its large work area. Outside of that there are better options. Things that need improvement: - Stronger arms. After only a couple days of use my arms are starting to get weaker and weaker to the point its difficult to keep light weight objects like a piece of wire perfectly lined up with where I need it to be. Im now fighting with the arms and have to play Operation (reference to the old board game). - The stickers on the top of the base plate some how manage to block a significant amount of the flex arms magnetic holding strength. While this isnt a huge issue, it is still an issue when needing to utilize a far corner of the work space. Removing these obviously fixes the issue, but shouldnt be necessary. - The price point of this product is quite high to not include additional PCB standoffs or a heat gun clamp like competitors do.

Great product. Infinitely useful. Has helped quite a bit on my most recent project.

This is a solid product. The base is heavy enough that its not moving unless you put in effort. The magnets that keep the arms in place are strong. 10/10, reccomend and would buy again if I lost this in a fire or something because it seems like it will outlive me.

Bought this as a gift for my dad who works on restoring old school arcade machines as a hobby, its huge and heavy and the magnets are extremely strong. Hes already used it multiple times for multiple different projects and it works great! The metal base is coated with a thick yellow epoxy-like paint that looks cool and seems very durable and the magnetic arms dont bind up like cheaper brands. Overall extremely happy and my dad is happy too.

Quality product.

Disappointed to find all this corrosion, and had eaten up the black plastic at the bottom of the extra hands. When I broke them free the magnet didnt come off. I can still use it, but with 2-hands gone. The lesson here, dont store the extra hands to close together, spread them out.

This is just an outstanding product. If youve ever used one of those cheap crappy helping hands and longed for a high quality version, this is what you need. Features: Nice, solid, heavy duty work surface (that wont tip over) with an attractive and durable easy-to-clean finish. Strong flexible arms that are easy to adjust and stay exactly where you put them. Alligator clips that can be set to a particular orientation via locking nuts. Backed by a company that stands behind their products. I was missing one of the rubber feet. I may have lost it, not sure. I reached out directly to the manufacturer (instead of Amazon) and they priority shipped me some replacements. I have two of their models and theyre superb.

What I liked about this is I have extra hands!! The plate stays in place comes with four rubber circles that I call them feet you put them in each corner turn the plate over, it doesnt scratch your table. Each hand/arm are magnetic very sturdy it takes alot of strength to move the hands/arms around it comes with rubber on the other end of the clips so they don’t scratch the metal parts of the jewelry. I use it for beading tying knots, jump rings adding extenders.
