K-Edge Gravity Cap Garmin Mount (Black)

This replaced the cap at the top of the stem. It securely holds my GPS on my longest gravel rides without extending past the handlebars. I highly recommend!

Saved precious handlebar space and feels solid. I didnt have to fiddle too much to get my bike computer straight as a few other reviewers complained about. The base is made of metal and feels solid. The top holder is plastic and my bike computer fit in snugly, it doesnt feel like it would come off in normal operation. The look is a bit ugly if you dont put on your bike computer, but that was obvious going in. It would be a brilliant mod to add some nicer looking plastic cap on top that would fit into the Garmin mount for when and if not using a bike computer. In any case this does exactly what it promised.

This is the 2nd cap mount for Garmin installed on the second bike. There are 2 tiny screws, which one has become slight bend upon the thread entry, otherwise would give higher remark

1 big jump and landing equals a busted plastic insert and a destroyed garmin 1030.

Insecure mount. Computer came loose and was lost on first ride. First time ever had a computer come loose from mount in decades and 1000s of miles.

Works perfect as a stem cap replacement. Broke plastic insert on a small crash. Replacement insert was free but cost $8 in shipping.
