K-Edge Gravity Cap Garmin Mount (Black)

Had a little issues with the new threaded nut with my existing star nut. May have been user error. ;) Either way once I resolved that issue, it has performed great and its nice and protected behind the front bar on the mountain bike. Great spot for glancing at it as well.

Ive acquired several of these to install my garmin Varia radar on different bikes. On one bike I attached it to the seat-saddle bag with a bolt and washers (similar to another reviewer). Another bike has a rear rack, and I bolted this on vertically. For another bike, I used a metal flat bar to custom make an attachment point and vertically installed this on it. All three setups solidly hold the Garmin Varia radar unit in a nice vertical-rear-facing position to maximize its effectiveness. K-edge is an American company and the parts are made in the USA. Solid product.
