Queda perfecto, fijo y bastante protegido. Solo un detalle menor: no hay que apretar mucho los tornillos de la tapa de plástico. Son Allen pequeños y no de mucha calidad. Se dañaron al apretar y tuve que cambiarlos. En mi caso tuve que colocar un distanciador bajo la pieza para salvar la potencia.

Similaf to other reviews . I found the plastic spring tabs that secure the Garmin to the mount to be a little on the weak side with my 1030 edge. However my 520 edge locked in pretty good. To remedy this I put thin pieces of foam (1/16 or maybe less thickness), behind the tabs. This forces the tabs up, and helps lock the Garmin in better. The other thing I did was enlarged the hole just enough to get my Allen wrench in while the plastic insert was installed. Makes it a lot easier to line up the mount so it is square with bars. Worked great. Did a fairly rough ride, and 1030 edge never moved.

Mounting was easy. Nice to have a mount for every bike so I just swap the Garmin from one bike to the other.

I bought this mount to use with a Specialized Vado ebike so that I could use the bikes computer and my Garmin Edge 500. It works fine but brings the Garmin a little too close to me so that I have to take my eyes of the road to read it. Its not the devices fault but just the nature of mounting a computer on the headset. It is a little pricey for a simple little bracket.

Replaced a Chinese copy that failed in a very minor crash. Far sturdier, thicker plastic, and the star fangled bolt is accessible through the mount. Buy the original, it’s worth the money.

.. The plastic part is made cheap. It was broken after a few weeks. Not recommended at all.
