KAVU Rope Bag - Sling Pack for Hiking, Camping, and Commuting

It’s everything I thought it would be. Perfect for so much.

So when I got this bag and it had felt fairly flimsy. I’ve owned a kavu bag before. The material didn’t feel quite right. I did look up videos on how to spot fakes and everything checked out as authentic it even came with a shipping label from surf and dirt. I may have gotten a defective bag I’m not sure but I ended up going to the surf and dirt store and they let me trade it for the mini in the same color. The mini I got from the store felt right and sturdy so I’m not sure but I def won’t order again through Amazon. Giving 4 stars because it is possible the bag is real and I just ended up with one that wasn’t quite right.

I LOVE this bag!! It doesnt weigh a ton on my back and it truly is the perfect size. I can fit my DSLR in it without worry, a sandwich and a water bottle and still have room. Two iPhones in Lifeproof cases fit perfect in the zipper compartment on the front, and a set of bulky keys will fit in the compartment right above. Theres also a zipper inside the bag. Love this color because it doesnt show dirt. My only qualm (if you can call if that) if that the rope part of the bag takes a little to break in. I was introduced to these bags but a friend who has had hers for 3 years though, so I really cant complain about that. Cant wait to wear it around more and break it in!

Sturdy and worth it

First off lets say my husband uses this for his daily bag.. We wanted to wait to make a review so he could put it through the ropes and see how it held up. From what my husband says its great and holds up to him on the move!!

Ditch your normal diaper bag and go for this one!!! You can swing it around to the front of your body to access everything easily with one hand!! Super easy for me to access everything while still holding my baby. It can fit 2-3 diapers, 2 changes of onesies, a FULL pack of wipes, some bibs, a few small toys, a wallet, and of course lip balm and Tylenol for moms who need it. I’m seriously amazed by how much this bag can carry. 10/10 on all fronts!! (I can sometimes even fit my huge water bottle if I have less of my other items in my bag.)

Had bought the mini bag because it said it could fit large cell phone but returned it when phone wouldnt fit. This bag is a better size.

Well made and takes abuse like a champ! Accessing the zippered compartments is a bit difficult, but thats a definite positive to help ensure wandering fingers stay out! Only reason for 4 stars is the size... would like it a bit bigger, but just our opinion ;)
