Kaytee Chinchilla Chiller Granite Stone

My boy loves these!

Charlotte, my ChinChin, loves the granite stone. We will be putting in back in her cage in a couple of months :o)

He gets on it occasionally waiting for so warmer weather to see how it is!!

My Chinchilla loves it, I recommend buying 2 or three to rotate

They hold the cold air specially if you put them in the refrigerator overnight my rabbits love to lay on them in the heat of the day

When you select 5 stars it says I love it really what they should be saying, as its more important than me liking or loving it, as that my chinchilla loved it. It had gotten way WAY too hot in our apartment during a brief heat wave here in S. CA and I wasnt prepared. I was a little worried that the poor bugger would suffer and he looked miserable. I got this and literally the next day it was cooler. But this time I am prepared for summer! He likes it. As soon as I put it in his cage, he was all over it. I plan to get a second one a little closer to summer and then rotate them in and out of the fridge.

when i first opened up the chin-chiller i was a bit skeptical and disappointed. it literally is just a granite slab. i gave it to my chin not expecting much of a reaction, but was overjoyed to see him use it almost all of the time! he now sleeps on it, sits and just hangs out on it, and everything! my room gets really warm since i dont use central ac and now he seems so much happier since he has a place to chill out. great!!

I am very disappointed with this product. This is not the first but the second time I purchase this product and I could not be more disappointed. The first time I received this produced it came broken in three pieces; down the middle and a corner was also broken. I returned the product and repurchased it and guess what? I received it broken again. The packaging of this product is mediocre, as I cant even receive it in one piece.
