I ordered this based on reviews and it is a perfect fit and my Synology NAS is happy and running great using this AC adapter. I noticed it had pretty much the same output rating in amps as the OEM adapter that came with my Synology. Problem solved, Im happy.

Greater than one weekDreaded flashing blue light on my DS918+. Unit would boot up without any drives and also with a 2.5 SSD so motherboard looked ok. But as soon as any 3.5 drive was inserted the unit would fail to start successfully and reboot (when trying to power up the drive a few seconds in). Replacing the power supply with this KFD unit resolved my issue.
