My rabbits hated it

Luckily I was able to smell it burning. Appears to be hot enough to melt while not in use.

I chose this heater for my hedgehog over the light type heater and it keeps him cozy warm. We had a power outage and it heated back up super fast when it came back on.

We attach these to an open wooden box turned on its side. My nanny goats usually deliver triplets. They quickly learn to cuddle up on the heat pad. The babies love the pad and I am grateful for a safe source of warmth for winter kids.

Bought this to give our rabbit a nice warm spot if she needed it. Stayed warm in the cold and lasted through the end of winter and this past spring with no issues. Had a nice shielded cord as well to prevent chewing. So far so good!

Bought because I didnt want to use a heat lamp for safety reasons. I have a regular heating pad meant for people that cost me less than this product and It works better for my day old chicks. I do use this for chicks that are a few weeks old and it works fine for that.

I p;ut these heaters in houses for feral cats who have lived on my property for years. Keeps them warm in the coldest weather.

My rabbit does not like this at all. When its super cold outside the heater gets cold but that might be because she is not sitting on it. It is definitely chew proof.
