It balances the weight and makes active gameplay much easier. If you play beat saber or any sort of workout game you need this. It makes gameplay enjoyable and comfortable. No more fiddling with the headset during play, no more headaches from odd pressure points, and it makes sharing so much easier. Worth every penny.

So I got this head set a about a month ago and it is awesome! I have played vr almost ever night since and it is the most comfortable head set I’ve bought for my quest 2. Even after hours of game play it is just as comfortable as it was the first 5 minutes. I’ve had some decent head set that would start out great but after an hour or so they would feel like they were jabbing the top of my head but this one doesn’t have that issue. Battery power is great, I know it says 2.5 to 4 hours added but my head set has stayed fully charged even after 6 hour vr sessions. Being able to flip the quest up with the hinge is a huge game changer too I’m able to check my phone and get something to drink and go right back to the game with out it going into sleep mode. Definitely worth the money!

I got the Quest 2 to play golfing simulators after finally breaking down and getting a nice tethered VR headset for my main setup. The Quest 2 was basically unusable for my purpose with the stock headstrap. Constantly looking down then looking to the hole, it did not hold the headset in place well enough. Even minor movement between those motions is very distracting and with the small sweet spot on the Quest 2 it was straining on the eyes to move out of focus so often. Replaced with this and now its comparable if not better fit than my MUCH more expensive tethered headset. Weight distribution is solid. I can now look around the course without the headset moving. It also allows me and my wife to swap the headset and fit with a couple turns of the knob like other elite headstraps. The leather or PU they use is very soft and has a great feel. I havent depleted the battery reserve yet, its been back on the charger prior so no complaints there. It converted the Quest 2 from a toy with some neat features to a fully usable device for my golf sim! Cant recommend enough, especially compared to Metas twice as expensive option.

The headstrap was relatively easy to install, has a very comfortable fit, and was well worth the money spent. My only suggestion would be to out some time of grip on the adjustment dial on the back. It can be a little difficult to turn once in a while.

Ordinarily i would rate this 5 stars, but i just dont prefer this over the bobovr m2 halo strap design. Dont misunderstand: the headphones are great, the battery adds plenty of extra playtime, and the cushions are comfy. You definitely get your moneys worth with this, so i dont regret buying it but the bobovr m2 halo strap to me is just more comfortable and feels more secure on my head

This VR head strap system is comfortable, it distributes the weight of my Quest 2 perfectly. Before this system I had terrible neck pain due to the off balance of weight in the front. No, no, no. I am not a “super gamer” but I love diving into the not so real world every now and then. I could not enjoy myself if I had neck pain while trying to relax playing a game or virtually visiting Italy. You will not be disappointed with this Kiwi accessory!!

I only got it a couple weeks ago, so I cant comment on its durability, but it feels well designed. Very comfortable, allows for multi hour sessions without any discomfort from pressure points like the regular strap. Good balance with the battery on the back. The increased battery life seems to at least 2x if not 2.5x or 3x what youd have without it. I have a hard case that was designed to accommodate the quest 2 with the meta elite strap. The Kiwi strap is a bit of a tight fit, but the case does close on it and seems to do so safely.

I seldom write reviews. I got this for my 12 year old for Christmas. It worked great and is really comfortable. I think we just had a stroke of bad luck. My son would use this till it needed a charge then use the meta quest 2 charger to charge both from the battery pack. For some reason the battery pack has stopped working. It shows a full charge with the indicator lights but will not charge the headset. I searched the internet and YouTube for anyone else having this problem and could not find anything. Therefore Im marking it down as just bad luck. Amazon is sending another as this one is being sent back. Im saying this is a great product as it appears Im the only one whos had this happen.

The plug barely fits in the port, I had to push it in pretty hard for it to start charging, left it charging the quest for 2 hours and gained 7%. Sweet. A whole 5 minutes of extra battery life. Dont bother. Edit: Their support contacted me and told me that you have to press the connector into the port harder than most usb-c connectors, and, yeah, no kidding, even if you know it should be harder than most others, youre still gonna want to push it in harder than you think. It does work though, and its charging faster than it was before. Lost a star for just how hard you have to push it in, but besides that, great headstrap. For others, you gotta push until theres a click and the connector is flush with the headset.
