> 3 dayI Love how comfortable and adjustable it feels and pretty easy to put on the headset. As for the battery part I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong in my part but the quest 2 battery alone last for about 2 hours. With the Kiwi battery I was hoping for at least 5 hours of play time but I’m only getting maybe 3 or 2 and half hours instead. Not much of an improvement in that part. The headset dies before the extra battery even drains. It seems like the extra battery does not keep up with the headset. Not worth it if your looking for extra time on the quest without a link cable.

Greater than one weekThe oculus 2 was so heavy on my face and giving me massive headaches. I looked around and saw this. It’s PERECT. Takes all the weight off my face. Now I can play for hours. Battery also last a very long time.

> 3 dayWay better than the original or even elite strap. The battery does a great job counterbalanced the unit without adding too much weight. Straps are super comfortable even after hours of playing.

> 3 dayI bought this for the added battery life, but it makes the headset so much more comfortable to wear. The battery acts as a counter-balance that takes the weight off of your cheekbones. It is also so much easier to switch between users by just using the dial and dealing with the one strap. Would recommend to anyone who owns a Quest.

16-11-2024Kiwi products are AMAZING for VR accessories. Although I was initially skeptical, I decided to take the dive from the original Meta battery extension because these had earphones. The head strap on this is way more comfortable and the earphones are SUPER comfortable. If I had to nit-pick anything on these, it would be this: as long as the cable from the battery pack is connected to the headset, it keeps sending charge (whether the headset is on or off) so the headset ALWAYS show to be charging when not in use as long as the cable is connected, and even if fully charged. Also: wished the volume would go a lot louder, just a personal preference.

> 3 dayA necessity for playing longer and being more comfortable. This strap finally made the Quest 2 comfortable for me. It takes a little bit to find the sweet spot but once you do you barely notice the strap on your head. It feels natural and loose while keep the headset in place at all times. The charging pack is the icing on the cake. You can get 4hr maybe 4:30hr if you take care of it. Plug it in when the quest gets to about 25-30% and you’ll be good.

> 3 dayThis strap is very comfortable and pretty much triples the battery life for longer play time without having to stop playing or playing with a wire hanging. The knob in the back is easy to use to loosen the strap to take the headset off and tighten it after putting it on. I wish it was a little heavier to even out the headset weight but I’m sure my neck thinks that’s a good thing. Over all it’s a 5 star product in my eyes. Don’t know how I went without it before

> 3 dayI have been using my Oculus Quest 2 with the pro strap/battery pack for a couple years now. That is to say, the official one sold by Facebook/Meta. And while that one is okay, this is just so much better. Not only is the battery twice the size of what is in the official one, but it is unbelievably more comfortable. The weight is balanced very well, and the extra padding really makes a difference for the longer play sessions you are now capable of because of the bigger battery. The ability to swivel up the eyepiece is huge too; especially if youre interacting with your surroundings at all while you use the device. Theres only two things that I would like to point out, where it could be improved. First, it is unfortunate that it doesnt 100% replicate the functionality of the official battery, where your Oculus acts as if it has two batteries installed; instead it just thinks that its plugged into a charger. Which is fine functionally, but just a little bit less seamless than the official device. Second, the USB-C jack that plugs into the Oculus itself has to be pushed in VERY HARD. Its not intuitive, and youll likely think you have it in when it isnt really plugged in. I think they could make that a little smoother just for the sake of user friendliness. That said, those are very very minor complaints about a device which is absolutely game-changing for VR usage, both mobile and linked to a PC. Dont be drawn in by the overpriced official model, or cheap battery packs from unknown, nameless brands you can buy online. Neither of those stand up to the quality of the Kiwi device. Ive been using my Quest 2 for years now, and ive tried a number of peripherals for it. This one is second to none. Its not perfect, granted...but its also the best you can buy.
