I was initially drawn to this mouse because of its clean look, and it definitely looks just as nice in person. even my boyfriend commented on how nice it looked when we first opened its box. if youre wanting a mouse with RGB, this is a great, (and in my opinion) reasonably priced mouse that offers just that. my boyfriend set my mouse up for me, so Im not sure how setup is, but it seemed simple. I briefly skimmed some reviews, and it seems some people are confused about the bluetooth/wireless feature. I can say that it works seamlessly, and its nice to have the charging dock for the mouse to sit on whenever not in use. battery life also works well, havent had it run low on me once yet, though I do charge it nightly, as all you have to do is simply place it onto the dock lol. love this mouse, definitely would purchase again. simple, clean, and does as described. I have yet to see if the customization for the RGB works, though it seems someone has asked and it supposedly is doable.

As many have mentioned before, the customer service at KLIM is like nothing else in the sector. Even though they sell one of the least expensive mice in the more premium/gaming market, the build quality is excellent. I had some trouble figuring out how to configure the mouse on a Mac, and they were super attentive and responsive to my inquiries. Turns out that most companies (Razer included) dont have software to configure the mouse on a Mac interface. After trying a Razer Death Adder V2 Pro and this one by KLIM, I actually decided to keep this one. I preferred the feeling on my hand and the customer service is just too good. To make use of all the buttons, I installed USB Overdrive on the Mac. Its a shareware software that costs $20, but that allows you to use for free seemingly indefinitely. Even though this mouse was less expensive than the one I had, it feels like a serious upgrade. That speaks to the quality of what KLIM was able to build.

I purchased this mouse because my previous mouse (Razer Death Adder) was starting to show signs of age after several years use. In seeking a replacement, I was looking for something that functioned as well as the Razer, was ergonomic, looked nice, and maybe even wireless. My current budget was much. I came across the KLIM Blaze Pro and Dock and it checked off all of the boxes so I figured I would give it a shot. When it arrived, I was immediately impressed with the packaging. A nice box with everything carefully protected by foam. I set it up and installed the software (easily downloaded from the website). I loaded a game to test it out. Nothing too demanding. Sadly, I was immediately disappointed. The cursor skittered all over the screen either sticking or jumping. Tried several games and other programs with similar results. On the KLIM website, I sent a request via E-Mail and was advised I would receive a response within 24 hours. I didnt hold out much hope as I had heard similar responses from customer service for other companies only to be left hanging. However, less than 24 hours later, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an E-Mail from Julien with KLIM customer support. He asked me some questions in regards to how I set up the mouse, what surface I had the mouse on, etc. I replied back and advised that I achieved the same results whether using the mouse wired or wirelessly (yes you can do both!). I tried a number of surfaces, mouse pads, etc. to no avail. After several E-Mails, he advised that it sounded as if the mouse I purchased had a faulty sensor. He agreed that they would send me a replacement which they did. The replacement is everything I could want. It tracks smoothly, is wireless, looks great, has super long battery life. The software downloaded from the website is easy to use and increases the functionality of an already superior product! Julien followed up after sending the new mouse to ensure that I received it and that I was happy with it. Now THATS Customer Service! KLIM is a young company. I am anxious to see where they go from here. I encourage everyone to give them a try. You wont be disappointed. Julien, and the rest of the team wont let you be!

Its easy to use and lightweight. Also, love that it has its own magnetic portable charger; you can charge your mouse through the magnetic charger or via USB cable, and still be able to use it (via USB). On the bottom of the mouse, you have the options to change your LED light setting which is pretty cool

Very nice mouse. Ergonomic and aesthetic. Doesn’t seem to suffer latency issues at all. DPI control is good. RGB is nice. Charges quickly and battery lasts a decent amount of time. Overall I’m pretty happy with it

I paired this with my gaming laptop for use on the go. I prefer a rechargeable, wireless mouse, especially because I need some flexibility when gaming outside my house. When I need to recharge, thankfully I can do so via USB-C, either directly through the mouse, or through the charging station. I use the station at home and just the mouse if I need to recharge elsewhere. I like the RGB, but I also like that I can turn it off via a button on the underside of the mouse to save battery life. The underside also has a place to stash the dongle. The software is simple and straightforward and allows for remapping, RGB tweaking, DPI, speed, etc. I also really appreciated that I did not have to register to download drivers or a PDF of the manual (it did come with a paper manual.) Having to register to actually use a product you pay for makes me insane (Hello Razer!) Overall, this is a well made, well executed mouse at under $50. I recommend it for basic gaming needs. This mouse is awesome. Lobe the fact that it is wireless rechargeable. I use it for work. The only one thing I wish it had was a switch to turn off the base lights or if the lights only turned on when it is charging. But it is always on. When you connect the mouse the mouse lights up and blinks but the base is always on. Other than that it is awesome and not expensive in my opinion at all do not know about how long it lasts but have used it for 4 days at about 10 hours a day and just recharged it because I didnt want it to die the next day while working.

If you are looking for a wireless mouse that doesn’t run on batteries, and has a dongle to charge the mouse when away from your desk, this is for you! Moves really quick on my mousepad, not a lot of resistance when playing games or editing videos. Clicks aren’t super loud, and have a nice tactile click when used. If you are debating on getting this or have gone back and forth, highly recommend you try it out!

I bought this mouse to use for work and its been great! The colors add a nice touch and make me smile.
