> 3 dayUPDATE: Since this review unfortunately the charging dock has stopped charging the mouse. the magnets arent strong enough to hold it in the right place anymore for some reason, its slightly below the point where it charges. Does not affect charging via USB C, but is a bit annoying! Only complaint is that it is a little light and did not come with a USB C cable. has driver software with various settings for lights, DPI, mappings, and macros! Only feature i wish it had is adjustable weights, but other than the lightness Im very impressed!

> 3 dayLove these mice, have another more expensive brand on another box and I find them quite comparable. Bought another couple of them for work as I cannot stand the gear from our IT department

Greater than one weekI usually stay away from wireless mouses but I really like this one, its easy to use colorful and a really cool concept. I love the ease of not having to have as many chords in my computer and the adapter plugs easily into any open USB plug.

> 3 dayI had a really bad mouse before this one. This one works really well and hooks a charge for a long time.

> 3 dayIt was time for me to get a new mouse because mine was getting wore out and two of the buttons didnt work. I came across this one and thought Id give it a shot. I was slightly hesitant because the ones I had prior were always $100 or more. Im glad I did give it a try because after using it for awhile I can say that its the best mouse Ive ever used. No exaggeration here. And it make it even better its only a fraction of the price of more well known brands. But dont let that sway you away from this mouse. Let me tell you why I like it so much. I love this mouse for several reasons but what stands out is the weight and movement. Its so lightweight and the movement is so precise. Its hard to explain but it moves around atop my mouse pad like its greased with butter - its so smooth. This mouse makes moving around Windows bad playing games so much more enjoyable. I also love the buttons on this mouse. Personally, I dont care to have a dozen buttons on my mouse. All I need are the typical buttons and a couple on the side for forward and backward and thats exactly what this mouse offers. No unnecessary buttons just the main left and right click, wheel, 2 side buttons, and a DPI button. I love how the buttons themselves sound with a nice soft click. I was always annoyed with the loud clicking of my old devices and this mouse is the opposite. The desktop charger is a nice addition and it works well. When its time to charge the mouse you simply set it on the desktop charger and it stays put with the help of magnets. If you dont want to use the desktop charger you can just use the included USB cable to charge it. The battery life is good but Ive found that it can be extended quite a bit by turning off the RGB. At the end of the day with the RGB on, I still have battery left but would need to charge it the next day sometime. However, when I turn off the RGB completely, I can go a couple days without a recharge. Whats amazing is having the option to turn it off or leave it on! The RGB on this mouse is clean and not overwhelming. The lighting goes all the way around the bottom of the mouse and isnt distracting at all. The icon on the front and the desktop charger also have RGB. Its all nicely done. The other thing I absolutely love is that its not necessary to install their software to use this mouse. Windows will install the needed drivers when its first connected. Without the software you can still control some of the RGB with buttons on the bottom of the mouse and charger but you are limited. Without the software you cannot change the button layout or customize the DPI but I love that they still allow it to work like it should without software. The software is not complicated and is actually quite lightweight. Its simple but effective. You can customize the DPI, the colors for the different DPI settings, the button layout however you want, and the RGB on the mouse. You can actually turn off the icon RGB for the DPI settings if you wanted to. Plus, theres all kinds off neat RGB settings and basically unlimited coloring options. Ive played around with it but lately Ive just kept the RGB off to extend my battery life. To each their own. The RGB can to changed or tuned off on the charger with a button on the bottom of the charger. Overall, theres nothing I dont love about this mouse. Its easily the best mouse Ive owned at a fraction of the price of other high-end devices. This mouse is just as good or even better than devices 2 or 3 times its price. I recommend you give this mouse a shot because for work or play I dont think youll find one as good at this price.

> 3 dayThe button response on this mouse is super quick and clicky. Also this mouse is lighter than most others as well as having a charger base with the USB port allows you to not have to sit right next to your PC to use it with out having communication issues.

i know what i hear
> 3 dayI purchased this mouse because my previous mouse (Razer Death Adder) was starting to show signs of age after several years use. In seeking a replacement, I was looking for something that functioned as well as the Razer, was ergonomic, looked nice, and maybe even wireless. My current budget was much. I came across the KLIM Blaze Pro and Dock and it checked off all of the boxes so I figured I would give it a shot. When it arrived, I was immediately impressed with the packaging. A nice box with everything carefully protected by foam. I set it up and installed the software (easily downloaded from the website). I loaded a game to test it out. Nothing too demanding. Sadly, I was immediately disappointed. The cursor skittered all over the screen either sticking or jumping. Tried several games and other programs with similar results. On the KLIM website, I sent a request via E-Mail and was advised I would receive a response within 24 hours. I didnt hold out much hope as I had heard similar responses from customer service for other companies only to be left hanging. However, less than 24 hours later, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an E-Mail from Julien with KLIM customer support. He asked me some questions in regards to how I set up the mouse, what surface I had the mouse on, etc. I replied back and advised that I achieved the same results whether using the mouse wired or wirelessly (yes you can do both!). I tried a number of surfaces, mouse pads, etc. to no avail. After several E-Mails, he advised that it sounded as if the mouse I purchased had a faulty sensor. He agreed that they would send me a replacement which they did. The replacement is everything I could want. It tracks smoothly, is wireless, looks great, has super long battery life. The software downloaded from the website is easy to use and increases the functionality of an already superior product! Julien followed up after sending the new mouse to ensure that I received it and that I was happy with it. Now THATS Customer Service! KLIM is a young company. I am anxious to see where they go from here. I encourage everyone to give them a try. You wont be disappointed. Julien, and the rest of the team wont let you be!

Greater than one weekMouse is light, has a ton of color options, and a surprisingly long battery life. You can use it either cordless, with a dock, or plugged in. The thing that impressed me the most, however, was customer service. The mouse was having intermittent connectivity issues so I file a support ticket with Klim. The reply arrived less than 24 hours later. They helped me track down the problem to a random bug with the game I was trying to play and then scoured their forums for a solution to the problem. Absolutely astounding.

> 3 dayAs many have mentioned before, the customer service at KLIM is like nothing else in the sector. Even though they sell one of the least expensive mice in the more premium/gaming market, the build quality is excellent. I had some trouble figuring out how to configure the mouse on a Mac, and they were super attentive and responsive to my inquiries. Turns out that most companies (Razer included) dont have software to configure the mouse on a Mac interface. After trying a Razer Death Adder V2 Pro and this one by KLIM, I actually decided to keep this one. I preferred the feeling on my hand and the customer service is just too good. To make use of all the buttons, I installed USB Overdrive on the Mac. Its a shareware software that costs $20, but that allows you to use for free seemingly indefinitely. Even though this mouse was less expensive than the one I had, it feels like a serious upgrade. That speaks to the quality of what KLIM was able to build.
