> 3 dayI like the mouse overall. Its comfortable in the hand. I do think the side buttons feel a little flimsy. I should mention, though, the battery life is nothing like advertised. If you dont use it wired, you will have to charge it on the stand every night. Ive turned off RGB completely (both on the logo and the ring around the bottom), and it still couldnt last through the morning of a second workday. Ive already discarded the box, so Im going to try to make it work. Having to remember to charge it every night may be too much of an annoyance over time. At least the charging dock is convenient. (My desk setup is poor for a cabled mouse or Id probably just leave it plugged in all the time.)

> 3 dayI purchased this mouse because my previous mouse (Razer Death Adder) was starting to show signs of age after several years use. In seeking a replacement, I was looking for something that functioned as well as the Razer, was ergonomic, looked nice, and maybe even wireless. My current budget was much. I came across the KLIM Blaze Pro and Dock and it checked off all of the boxes so I figured I would give it a shot. When it arrived, I was immediately impressed with the packaging. A nice box with everything carefully protected by foam. I set it up and installed the software (easily downloaded from the website). I loaded a game to test it out. Nothing too demanding. Sadly, I was immediately disappointed. The cursor skittered all over the screen either sticking or jumping. Tried several games and other programs with similar results. On the KLIM website, I sent a request via E-Mail and was advised I would receive a response within 24 hours. I didnt hold out much hope as I had heard similar responses from customer service for other companies only to be left hanging. However, less than 24 hours later, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an E-Mail from Julien with KLIM customer support. He asked me some questions in regards to how I set up the mouse, what surface I had the mouse on, etc. I replied back and advised that I achieved the same results whether using the mouse wired or wirelessly (yes you can do both!). I tried a number of surfaces, mouse pads, etc. to no avail. After several E-Mails, he advised that it sounded as if the mouse I purchased had a faulty sensor. He agreed that they would send me a replacement which they did. The replacement is everything I could want. It tracks smoothly, is wireless, looks great, has super long battery life. The software downloaded from the website is easy to use and increases the functionality of an already superior product! Julien followed up after sending the new mouse to ensure that I received it and that I was happy with it. Now THATS Customer Service! KLIM is a young company. I am anxious to see where they go from here. I encourage everyone to give them a try. You wont be disappointed. Julien, and the rest of the team wont let you be!

> 3 dayCONs - WAY too small. PROs - Everything but its size. If this mouses palm rest was just a little bit bigger, this mouse would be fantastic. The RGB is a thin line at the base of the mouse with the logo also glowing. The lighting for both can be easily adjusted intedendantly via the easy-to-use software or it can be turned off completely as can the lighting for the base of the charger which itself is excellent with its just-right weight coupled with its non-slip pads on the bottom that allows for the mouse to be hung up on the charger easily without having to chanse it across the desk as you try to connect the mouse to the charging base. If you dont like the charger, the mouse can be plugged directly into a USB-C to charge. Ive read a few comments asking what hardware it has under its shell but didnt immediately see any answers so If you watch the product video, itll quickly list out the type of optical sensor it has, which is the PixArt PMW3325 A quick google search shows this to be a very good and accurate sensor and I have to agree. I played 2042 for an hour and I swear I did better using this mouse than I did with my wired Harpoon. For the price and having a 5yr warranty? This thing is an absolute win-win. Did I mention it also charges fast? Im torn between returning it because its much too small for my hand, to customizing it somehow so that I have a bigger palm rest as my hand started to cramp after the hour I played of 2042 as I had to use the claw style of holding the mouse and my hands are just too big to game in that way. Ive always bought cheap so I dont know how this mouse would compare against a highend Razer, Steelseries or Logitec mouse, but this Blaze pro is the best mouse ive ever used for gaming and Ive been gaming for decades. As in several, which I know dont mean diddly squat to all of you since you dont know me from Adam, but suffice it to say I game. A lot. (Which again, I know doesnt mean anything lol) 3 stars because I didnt read anywhere stating it was for small hands. Make this same mouse for people with bigger hands and itd be an easy 5 stars every day of the week and twice on Sundays!

Greater than one weekThe listing for this mouse is slightly confusing, it says it uses Bluetooth connectivity but I found it doesnt pair with the bluetooth interface on my laptop or PC. After checking with KLIM they say you have to use the dongle that comes with it. This was a little disappointing, but when using the dongle it works great. I have used it on PC and Mac, the only downsides of using it on the Mac is that the software for tuning the lighting and buttons is windows only and since many macs only have USB-C ports you may need an adapter to plug the USB-A dongle or charging base into them. The charging base has to be plugged into USB but there is a USB port on the front you can plug the dongle into, so you only end up using one port overall. There is also a compartment in the mouse for storing the dongle and an off switch on the mouse if you are carrying this in a laptop bag. The mouse has a USB-C port on the front so you can still charge it if you dont want to bring the base with you. The colored lighting on the mouse and charger is nice, but if you dont like it you can turn it off. Turning off the lights will make the mouse battery last longer but so far even with them on I havent had any problem with the mouse lasting at least several days. The charger is convenient enough to use that you probably will just park the mouse there and never run out of charge. The mouse is comfortable in your hand and is fairly lightweight as rechargeable mice go. Im not doing any hardcore gaming right now so I cant really judge how good it is for run-and-gun games, but so far in general use I havent noticed any lag or skipping.

> 3 dayThis mouse works. That’s about it. Unfortunately, for me the thing made my internet wifi disconnect every time I touched it. As soon as I unhooked it I never had a problem again. Waste of money.

Greater than one weekThe quality of the product is on point. I think they should charge more to be honest.

> 3 dayEasy to set up, Got this for the wife and she loves it. the charging base actually holds the mouse takes a bit as my aim was off one or 2 times. I not throwing away my G502 just yet, but I could use this no problem for gaming. On sale, this was a steal and would even consider getting it at full price! If you are not into RGB dont get this.

> 3 dayThis is great! It immediately connected with my PC and the battery life is decent. I use this for when I am sitting further away from my PC and not for gaming, but even at a distance it connects and glides well. The colors are really cool. No complaints here!
