Klipsch RP-450C Center Channel Speaker - Ebony

I used this to upgrade my RC-62ii center channel. Awesome upgrade! It sounds fantastic and all of the movie audio is very clear.

I had used many center channel speakers in the past. I have 7-1 setup in the basement 20 (W)* 25 (L) with two massive front tower speakers, powered by a fine 4K receiver. However, always I found the center channel was missing something, specifically there were gaps in the sound distribution, esp between the center and the towers. I got this massive and beautiful RP-450C Cherry yesterday. It was very easy to set up. once plugged in, the audio was clear, able to handle highs and lows effortlessly, and the sound coming from it, permeated the whole room, giving a full surround wrap that I had never heard so far with any other center channel speaker. My family and friends were thrilled with the new experience that was not there before. In sum, for the money and the value that I got, sharing my personal experience, there is nothing to hesitate, its worth every dollar, no matter where you buy it from. With this speaker, you can be sure of getting Cinema Theater experience at home!

I had trouble hearing dialog before from my system. Now I dont. Only bad thing is that now I feel I need to upgrade the rest of my system to match my center channel. Also remember that this speaker weighs 40 pounds if trying to mount on a shelf.

This built-like-a-tank center-channel speaker is amazing: powerful, dynamic, detailed sound. Great value too, at $350 price point (down from about $600). Warning: you must have fairly powerful front mains or mains/subwoofer combo to balance out this speaker. Otherwise it might blow them away!

Absolutely amazing speaker Im running this with Denon x4500 with rf820s and the sound is incredible. Dont buy into the new line of klipsch speakers they are exactly the same. If you dont have a subwoofer you can run it as large but I wouldnt advise it set all your speakers to small and let your subs do the low frequencies. Set the crossover to Center and floor speakers to 90hertz and then set all your other speakers to a hundred hertz 120 max this will leave way more wattage for your speakers and you will be in heaven. LFE 120 for subwoofer. Put it in the cart you wont regret it.

This center speaker is large but has incredible sound.
