Klipsch RP-450C Center Channel Speaker - Ebony

I originally bought the much smaller R-34-C II, the sound was great, but lost in my setup. Reciever: Marantz Cinema 70s. Front: Klipsch R-820F. Side and rear: Klipsch R-50M. Sub: Earthquake CP8 (x2) When the RP- 450C showed up, they used a crane to drop it in front of my door, then I invited 5 friends over to help me move it inside. A large pizza, a 24 pack of Milwaukees best, and a structural engineering intern to help reinforce my console, and it was ready to go! Ok, its not THAT big but its BIG! The size is a little crazy, but worth it... this center brought my setup to life. 70% of your sound comes through your center, making it the most important speaker on your home theater. If you dont have the space for this, find a way to make it work, or move... its worth it!

Although its the largest center speaker I have ever used it sounds absolutely fantastic in my system. I thought it would be too much speaker for a center but I was wrong! This speaker blends in perfectly with my Klipsch RP-600M Reference Premiere Bookshelf Speakers. I happen to like the clarity of Klipsch speakers and dialog produced by this speaker is perfect. It is large (My wife used HUGE!) but performance is what counts and in that regard you can t go wrong.

I think I might have been like the first one to buy this speaker lol. I was skeptical because I couldnt find any reviews. I posted a review on klipsch website, in hopes of helping others make that big decision.

Klipsch offers superior sound and excellent craftsmanship. I have discovered Klipsch speakers three decades ago and never went back to previous brands such as Infinity, Polk, Energy, JBL, Sony, & Pioneer.

Sound is better than expected

Manufacturer’s box was damaged. Fortunately it did not affect the speaker itself. This is a very large center channel so measure before buying. If you have the space it is awesome though.

Sounds great for a centre speaker. Arrived when stated.
