Klipsch RP-450C Center Channel Speaker - Ebony

Nice sound.

Replaced prior center speaker. Much improved sound and understanding.

My initial impression of this 450C, Big, Heavy and what a match for my recently added, Klipsch RP-8000F L/R and RP-140 SA Height and Elevation Speakers. I was using an Aperion 632 L/R as Center which was OK, but I wanted the Fronts matched as close as possible. After running them for one day with varied content, I started watching Movies with dynamic and robust segments where the sound from the 450C was clearly more distinct for dialogue and other discernible effects like notable bass coming from the center. I was surprised with the added Bass and had to sit close to the 450C to confirm, since it was noticeable from my seated position. Yeah, Bass from a Center? It definitely adds to the overall listening experience. I did not realize that my Sub was OFF. My HT setup is now crisp and clear with an unbiased approach to neutral sound reproduction. The specs of the 450C is identical to the 504C and about $160 less expensive. I am glad I found this on Amazon because I now have a robust Front Stage. Years ago, I did not really believe that a center was necessary. But now with all the various sound fields including DTS X and Dolby Atmos I am a believer now. I was surprised to find that the crossover is a three-way.

This is a my first big buy in the home entertainment system I am setting up. My friends guided me to Klipsch speakers and I decided on this series of speakers. Coupled with some matching towers and a receiver, Im going to piss off my neighbors. lol

Very powerful for HT, you wont miss any details, loud and clear speech! blends with my 7.2.4

This speaker really puts out sound. Very clear too, at least in my opinion. If you need a strong center speaker or you cant hear the voices in the movies well enough, this should do the job. The sound is very rich and full for a center speaker. No complaints!!!

I was looking for a center channel with clear dialogue and better overall sound than what I previously had. This is exactly what I was looking for. It is a behemoth but i is well worth the extra space!

Have this for a 3.1 setup with a Yamaha tuner and it is awesome for both movies and music. Looks really cool also.

Super clear and can get super loud easily

I havent even hooked this up yet, but I wanted to write a review based off the price alone. I got this for $452 around Cyber Monday. The price along I couldnt pass it up. This is going to get hooked up to my future little movie room. It will be paired with 6 3650s in-celing. Im going for a super clean look. Ill post pictures around July 2018. Either way, if you can find this at a good price, dont snooze.
