Klipsch RP-450C Center Channel Speaker - Ebony

Fantastic center channel / dialog speaker!

Great product, overpowered my other surround speakers so I turned them up with equalizer. Very clear dialogue, really happy.

Excellent packaging/shipping. Ordered this to replace another Klipsch center speaker. I have a dedicated surround sound system, wanted a little more response on center. This has 4 woofers, 2 on each side of tweeter. Sound is good as expected. Be aware, this speaker weighs 32 lbs, so make sure stand can support it.

All I can say is wow.. If youre thinking about purchasing these, the answer is yes. Absolutely. yes. I refuse to buy speakers from any other company other than Klipsch. This stems back from when I bought my first 5.1 surround system from them when I was 15. Im now 25 and still have that same system and have had 0 problems.

I originally bought the much smaller R-34-C II, the sound was great, but lost in my setup. Reciever: Marantz Cinema 70s. Front: Klipsch R-820F. Side and rear: Klipsch R-50M. Sub: Earthquake CP8 (x2) When the RP- 450C showed up, they used a crane to drop it in front of my door, then I invited 5 friends over to help me move it inside. A large pizza, a 24 pack of Milwaukees best, and a structural engineering intern to help reinforce my console, and it was ready to go! Ok, its not THAT big but its BIG! The size is a little crazy, but worth it... this center brought my setup to life. 70% of your sound comes through your center, making it the most important speaker on your home theater. If you dont have the space for this, find a way to make it work, or move... its worth it!

Upgraded from the RP-250C. Very noticeable difference. The sound stage is much bigger and it really brings the dialogue up to the level of the other speakers. I have 2 RP-260F as L and R, 12”Subwoofer, dolby atmos elevation speakers (the 4” ones) and the 2 bi polar surround speakers - all klipsch. The sound of the system is amazing. Still breaking in the new center speaker, but like I said the soundstage and dialogue is on point with this one.

The 504C is great when matched with speakers of similar timbre. Im using RP-600Ms, and RP-225As, all have similar timbre. All of them use the LTS tweeters.
