When yer saying where’s my tape, ya can’t have to many ! For the money ya can’t beet it

Tape was very flimsy (Ive used everything from typical Stanley tapes to FatMaxs and this was beyond the older style tape floppy). Thought I would like the white color tape for better contrast but the material has no sheen; it almost feels like a matte finish. This was an issue since you can easily mark the tape with a pencil. Last issue I had with it buuuuut for people very new to using a tape measure; it might be helpful if they dont need to make super accurate marks: the rubber at the bottom holds the tape 1/8~1/4 above anything you might measure on horses/whatever. Not a big issue but try using a flimsy tape hooked and you want to read the measurement at the edge... well the rubber will be in the way. For beginner users, the bottom of the housing aint going anywhere. Its also not a large instrument but the protrusions I mentioned make it need a large holster. anyway, bye <3

Great for the price

It was very helpful in measuring areas/spaces that went beyond a standard 10ft tape measure. Tricky to use at first and I took a star off because I actually cut my hand on the metal edge trying to use. So be careful because the edge of the tape is sharp!

I go through tapes fairly often no matter what brand and this one has done the job well enough that I have ordered a second.

The Bad News: Its not made in the U.S.A., and that made it tough to buy at the outset. The Good News: You name it. Every feature of this Komelon tape measure is top tier. The accuracy, markings, horizontal extension, retraction strength, and overall fit and finish make it the best tape measure Ive ever owned.

I have two of these and love them. After using a white tape, its hard to go back to yellow.

Lock feature sucks

Works great. Easy to read. The outside is really grippy. Ive already dropped it on the concrete floor at work, with no apparent damage. Belt clip stays put and doesnt spin like on cheaper tape measures. Cant go wrong with this purchase for the price. I would buy it again.

Good tape measure especially for everyday stuff. My dad gave me a tape measure he uses for construction work and it seems to be similar to this one. This tape measure is smaller and not as heavy duty as his but it does get the job done. It also isnt as expensive so it should be good for most users.
