> 3 dayIm no audiophile by any means, but do enjoy the finer things. Floor standing speakers are B&W.. which is really the only high quality audio equipment I own.

> 3 dayI bought these a couple of years ago after spending hard cash on a few sets of varying expense. These were the cheapest but have by far been the most comfortable. I use them for work, to cut out office background noise as well as general use. Ive been using them at least 3 out of 7 days for over 2 years so they are resilient. Ive been very happy with the level of comfort over extended periods of time (3 hours +). Sound quality is decent and better than many other more expensive sets. These suit me as I cant wear earbuds - they all hurt my ears. I quite like the slightly odd design. Comfort was a priority for me and these have been excellent. No sign of them falling apart though they dont look substantial. The only downside is they occasionally catch the hair on the side of my head taking them on and off.

> 3 dayLightweight and comfortable to wear. Great clear sound with ample bass. Love that its an open style headphone, so I can hear my surroundings (e.g. oncoming traffic).

> 3 dayEs wurde schon viel über den kleinen Bass-Bügel aus den 80ern berichtet - ich muss mich den positiven Rezensionen anschließen.

> 3 dayI love these headphones! The sound quality is great for such a low priced set. I dont know all the technical terms, but the tones are very clear. Bass is nice and bass-y, treble doesnt screech on high notes. I ride the train to and from work everyday and I dont have to turn them up very loud to cover the train/people sounds, which is very nice.

> 3 dayIm an audiophile I guess considering my dad got drunk with my uncle when I was 19 and came home with a 6 thousand dollar tube amp and planar magnetic pair of speakers for me. So on that note and as a audio geek that actually looks at vintage tube amp schematics as an enjoyable past-time I can be somewhat of an authority on sound quality. The porta-pros are a really good set of headphones. They are bass and mid range centrist so expect a lower center of gravity with these than others, also they ring with a horrible resonance at about 3 kilohertz for the first 20 hours so make sure to break them in and they will eventually calm down and sound their best. Their best is musical, its not analytical and to be honest after years of having really expensive audio s*** I just want musical, something that doesnt piss me off, the best will let you forget about electronics and just enjoy the music which the porta pros do very well. You could on the other hand buy really expensive Sennheisers but Id personally rather save the money. It really isnt necessary unless you are really really lonely and need some sort of validation through fetishistic audio crap.

THE PHOENIX N7
> 3 dayThese are so little, cool and cute. They have a long yet very thin cord that goes into both sides. They seem like theyll break easily, but most likely wont at all, unless you step on them. The metal headband adjusts very well to fit your head and does it smoothly, neat part is that if you have kids these would be perfect for them as well, cause when you adjust the headband to its smallest (which is how it comes outta the box) theyll fit perfectly without being loose at all. Sound wise they are soft sounding and not to to loud (this is on my phone on full blast) yet thats good somehow to me lol, and I love my music loud and booming, which is what made me say wow interesting I like that for a change. And let me tell you these things have good bass, I was hoping they would and wasnt thinking they would be as good on the bass as they are. Dont get me wrong though these headphones are amazing on all music period, I dont want you to think nope bass isnt for me because I said good bass, I threw that out there for the people who love their bass and thats all. These are good, soft, light sounding headphones and for the price you cant beat what these 80s revised headphones are.
