> 3 dayFor the price I was surprised the pans were only in cardboard. To store the paints they must be slid into the box. The paint needs to be fairly wet to get a smooth coat. They keep a nice shimmer when dry and can be used on white paper. I ran a thick band over some watercolors I was swatching out. The pearl color showed up letting the color of the dried paint come through.

Greater than one weekI can get a thick, opaque golden application. A beautiful golden accent! I love it

> 3 dayThe paints are very good and I used them on my home Christmas cards and they performed well. My only complaint is that the paper packaging is only the cover for the paints. No plastic cover made it less easy to use for me,so be careful to open the paper box carefully as it is the only cover that you have after use.

> 3 dayI had seen these metallics demonstrated on a YouTube channel so I thought Id try them out. They were not as shiny as I expected them to be. The first three colors are the best. I wish I could just buy the gold and copper colors separately.

> 3 dayI saw an artist use these metallic colors to create beautiful art so I thought I’d try them out. Wow! The colors are truly beautiful and shimmery. I used Stonehenge black 100% cotton paper. The 3rd photo shows how I was able to layer colors, even while the paints were wet, which is perfect for me when I’m using black paper. Great value and quality. I love them!

19-11-2024Nice product! Worked well for my hand made holiday cards. It is pretty sheer at first but i was able to make it thicker. Only disappointment is that it is not in a metal or plastic storage container but I might have missed that in the description. I’ll just keep it in the packaging for storage.

> 3 dayAbsolutely in love with this set. Colors are vibrant and the metallic is among the best Ive used. Keep looking for ways and reasons to use them. Paints beautifully and works well with dip pen too. Would buy again without hesitation.

> 3 dayAbsolutely wonderful. Very pigmented metallics if used right - put a layer of water and let it soak in for about 15-20 minutes, after it has, it will seem squishy, but after adding more water immediately and using it, it turns out wonderful. They dry rather quickly, perform great, and Im definitely going to buy more of this brand. They look amazing to add a small or large touch to your watercolor paintings.
