Just had my first solder experience and I must say it was great. Always fun to learn something new. And even better when you have an instructor that is excited to teach and knowledgeable as well. The kit is a great way to learn. Thank you again.

Bought this for my niece last year and she continues to use it - works well and is decent quality. Would recommend to novice or young person.

Ive put together many color oriented kits but this leaves them far behind! It took me about 10 min to assemble, I love that it uses a coin cell and manually mixing RGB via potentiometers is fun and educational!

This was fun to put together as an adult learner and it makes for a nice desk fidget toy. Thanks for including the battery!

Great kit. This board provides for soldering practice at a few different difficulty levels. The resistors have ample space around them for easier access, while the potentiometers and LED require more careful, close-quarters soldering to secure each of their pins.

I bought two of these: one for me, and one for my daughter. (My son got Blink) It was wonderful. I just wanted to get a taste of what its like to build a little circuit. Id never done any soldering and so this kit was just the ticket. My daughter is 12. The kit was challenging, but do-able. And in the end we had these fun little toys that we can show off! This will make a great gift for your kids or for anyone who likes to tinker! The photo is of my son working on his kit.

This is a great little kit. My 12 year old built this no problem. Note that you have to provide your own solder and that the solder joints for the LED are very close together so watch for bridging. I recommend this for learning soldering or just a quick project for fun!

Built just now with my 11-yo granddaughter - she did it all. She just became a Technician-class and has wanted to learn soldering and kit-building.
