LEGO City Rover Testing Drive 60225 Building Kit (202 Pieces)

My six year old granddaughter picked this one out. She loves the Legos meant for boys - finds them more interesting and interactive. She loved putting this one together. The instructions were easy to follow and loved all the accessories it came with. Good value for the price.

Great gift for kids that love legos...kids love vehicles!

This set was perfect for my almost 5.5 year old. She took a little over 30 minutes to put it together on her own, and she has some experience with Lego. The most difficult part she needed help with was the elastic on the claw. This set is a great addition to the other space vehicles released by Lego. Of course I always wish for more, and would have loved if this could have been somehow assembled as part of the rocket mechanism and then with 3-4 easy connection be made into the rover, but I understand the building limits. The two figures are perfect, one to test on earth, the other to do scientific research in space... or just rock collecting for now.

Christmas gift for my grandson. He loved it and put it together right away.

I bought it as a gift to my son, he love construction related cars, book, etc. Although he is too small to play with it, I am pretty sure he loves it! The discount is good!

Arrived in a crushed, already opened box that had been taped shut. Not something that I can give as a gift. Disappointing.

My kids love LEGOs and they also love anything about space. This LEGO City Rover is a huge hit with our kids. This is a fast build. It is 202 pieces. It’s fun to build and play, or build and rebuild. It also includes two cute minifigures: astronaut and a ground crew technician. My kids are using this with their other LEGO space builds. As expected, the quality is excellent. This is the first set Ive built by myself in years. I usually wait for my daughter but she seemed to be losing interest last time. I assumed it was because we were building things that werent really her taste anymore. She seems to gravitate more towards architectural stuff and less towards veehicles so I figured what the heck, Ill build this one solo. Building is about medium level difficulty, the instructions are great but they do span 2 booklets for some reason. But whats more interesting is how much fun this one is to actually just play with. The articulating arm is really cool and actually does a good job of grabbing small stuff due to the rubber band. When my daughter came home and saw it she immediately said Oh cooooooool! and started playing with it. While a lot of the other sets just sit on a shelf, this one has been taken down several times now to be part of her play. Gunna have to look for more stuff like this.
