LEGO City Rover Testing Drive 60225 Building Kit (202 Pieces)

Greater than one weekThis was a cute little City LEGO set. It was the Rover test drive one. It says there are 202 pieces. It is for ages 5+ which I think is accurate unless you have an advanced 4 year old. My daughter and son (4 and 9) did it together. They has a lot of fun. It is one that can be played with afterwards, but gently. It was great to get my son to interact with my daughter since they just had a NASA trip for the cub scouts that she was not able to go on. This helped them bond and he was able to teach her things he actually learned. It comes presentable and would definitely be able to be gifted to whomever. I recommend it.

> 3 dayMy 7 year old son loved it. He is advanced in building so this was a quick build for him.

> 3 dayMy 8 year old daughter and I love building these! It is our fun bonding time. I wish they did not cost so much, but the fact you can build them again and again makes it worth it.

> 3 dayThere are two main plastic bags in this kit, and the assembly goes pretty fast — our 6 year old completed it in about an hour without any adult help. This is actually more cool looking in person. Here are a couple photos on top of garden lava rocks, our simulated Mars rocks. The pincher grip uses a little rubber band to hold tension on the claws.

> 3 dayA great addition to any lego fans collection. I believe this was originally available exclusively as a promotion directly from lego, but I think it is great that this fine rover is available for purchase individually. Well worth the money if you ask me. It has an operable crane using a rubber band. Also has technological involved pilots, and additional rover items to fit in the trunk.

> 3 dayThis is a nice addition tot he space set for 2019: a moon or planet rover. It has all the gear to do some mineral or ore mining. The grabber arm has a rubber band grabber, which works well and is a nice touch. Its easy to control. The set as a whole is a fairly straightforward build and not overly complex at any point. My son got a couple of the smaller space sets, but theyre all meant to be out in space so its nice to have something that can be on land.
