> 3 dayEven though they charge a lot for the frozen name, that price gave me some super fun time with the kids. High quality all the way because its Lego, only whining I have is the peoples hair is quite difficult to get on. Going to get all associated sets.

> 3 dayMy daughter was tickled to receive her first big girl LEGO set and get ready for the newest Frozen film. This set is such a great one for beginners. She sees her older brother build with LEGOS and could tell her sets were for younger kids, but this set looks older. She built it with her dads help and is thrilled with the castle and add-on pieces. In particular, she is crazy for the kitty cat. It is a very interactive set, so it keeps her brain active and holds her attention for long periods of time. Add this one to your Christmas list!

> 3 dayFirst of all, all LEGO sets are good. So this review is assessing whether this is a must have set, a nice to have set, or a set for someone else set. This is a medium size set at 521 pieces. This is one of several sets that is new for 2019 as part of the Disney Frozen II theme. This set is all about playability. There are a lot of locations that the characters can spend their time. Multiple floors in the castle. The little fish market, the boat, the bread store, and more. I love it that the castle breaks down into levels. Some of the furnitures can be moved around, a pretty great feature, especially for a tight space. The build is fairly straight forward. There are quite a few stickers that have to be applied. Luckily those are mostly decoration sticker each on single tiles, not a lot of alignment requirement over multiple pieces. Finally, that gold dress! If you like frozen, or even just prince and princess play, this is a great set to have.

22-11-2024For as much as you pay for legos, they should at least be very well designed. We’re less than impressed with the design of the castle because the upper 2 floors constantly want to come apart. It’s nice to have all the extra pieces, but for what you get it doesn’t look like $70...

> 3 dayThe centerpiece of LEGOs range of sets for Frozen II, the Arendelle Castle features a detailed central building supported by several smaller builds including a market stall, boat, and lamppost. The set is for ages 5+ and should not pose too many difficulties for younger builders. There are a fair number of stickers included on two sheets which may require an adult or older siblings help in getting applied. The small market stall and boat are the first build, then it is on to the castle itself. The two included birds and cat look great alongside the minidolls of Anna, Elsa, and Kristof. The color selection is quite attractive and this set could blend in well to a LEGO Elves village. One fun play feature is the furniture is placed on just a couple of studs, making it very easy to swap positions around the castle and customize the rooms. The attic features a clever bust of the queen along with a family portrait. There is a very cute dovecote to house the doves on the second floor of the castle. The floors are modular and can easily be detached for play, although there arent really any obvious alternate ways to stack them unless one modifies the build. The large teal roof piece are printed, not stickers, which is really nice and means everyones roof will look nice and straight. Recommended for Frozen fans as well as anyone interested in a more-colorful-than-usual LEGO castle build.

> 3 dayThis Frozen castle village is like a dollhouse, but even better because it inspires our daughter about the patience and reward in constructing something herself. It took her about 2 hours to assemble. The colors are really nice! What we also like is the detail in the furnishings inside the castle. The extra village pieces are easy to lose since they are not attached to the castle, so that is the only downside of this building set. Looks very nice on top of her bookshelf.
