> 3 dayMy daughter really enjoyed building this model. Its not overly complicated, and its also a nice little functional piece where moving the steamboat causes the chimneys to move up and down. It sits as a nice little collectible on our bookshelf right now. Overall, we really had a fun time with this build.

> 3 dayThe build was fun and pretty simple. As a Disney fan I freaked out when. I saw this.

> 3 dayIt’s not the sellers fault, but received this with a missing piece. I had to call LEGO and wait to get it replaced. Seller pricing is fair and would purchase from them again

> 3 dayGreat project, but 10yo and up For experienced Lego builders. This is not an introductory level project. And 750 pieces, you’re going to need patience.

> 3 dayThis was a fun build that took a few hours. I noticed quite a few comments complaining that the smoke stacks would get stuck. I had that issue mid build when one particular step pressed 2 lego pieces too close to the moving gears or something as i was testing the movement with every new step. I found that pulling on the stacks upwards helped jiggle them into proper place so they could move again. This is one of those builds thats not easy to pull back apart if you miss a step because many of the pieces are snapped flat against each other. I ended up realizing I forgot a piece 10 pages later. Sure it was on the inside of the ship and didnt affect functionality, but still a silly mistake.

> 3 dayThis Lego Steamboat Willie building set is a Winner! all around. It’s a wonderful Lego set done in an early film black and white motif. It’s a Disney collectable depicting Mickey Mouse in his first “talkie”. The paddle boat has a workable side wheel, a hook for lifting at the stern, a guitar with music plus Mickey and Minnie figures to move about. The wheel house is open and the smokestacks wobble up and down as the boat moves along. There are so many moving parts to this truly remarkable Lego set. There’s only 751 pieces so this is the perfect weekend project for the family. I think the intention will be to keep this project sitting on a shelf but I’m sure when the kids are in bed the adults will take it down to play with it. I did. This is a top-5 favorite Lego set for me. Wonderful. Innovative. Fun, fun fun.
