This is an awesome set that really underscores a very important time period concerning cartoons, Disney and the like. Being this Lego set is based off of the first cartoon with sound as well as motion at the same time, I would say the set captures the essence of the cartoon and it is an amazing and great branching out for Lego. I have dealt with (and had fun with) some of the other adult-oriented Lego sets and they are also a bit challenging, as this set is. This one is a good bit easier than the Mustang set I have (thousands of pieces) but this is also one that I will leave together and really not play with. I bet this would probably just go up in value if not opened and I highly recommend considering this if you love collecting these sets.

Didn’t like on all the pieces it had, and the set to get it done, and due to the time it took and cost it’s a display.

Its Lego what more can you say. A bit pricey but worth it. Good quality.

I love the item however the al missing 8!! Pieces. I am not happy with this or customer services options.

Bought this as a gift for brother in law and he was so excited to receive this. He had it put together within a couple hours.

This is a beautifully made product. The Finished product looks just like the example on the Box. Difficulty level is perfect for the age group and it makes a wonderful display.

Great set but seriously Wheres Pete? Figures (mikey/minie) should not be sold separately, that decrease the value of this set.

The LEGO Ideas 21317 Disney Steamboat Willie Building Kit brings back a lot of memories for me. I love this black and white set, and I was surprised that my grandsons loved it as well. They don’t remember Steamboat Willie, but they love Disney, animation, and LEGOs. The Mickey and Minnie figures are so cool and the set is fun to build. My grandsons, twelve and fourteen, are experienced builders and really enjoyed putting this together. Besides being fun, it’s a great collector’s item. It makes a great gift and it well worth the time and money.
