> 3 dayDaughter loves it!!! Great performance and graphics. Do not install family app... Screwed it up for a month. Had to call Google to sort it all out. Otherwise, now, she loves it. Says its fast, great graphics, and fun.

> 3 dayThe screen seems to be coming off its place. It was not dropped or mishandled and in fact, its used almost like a desktop- not too much movement. I did some research after I noticed one end was coming off and found that other customers were experiencing the same. The screen is not broken just coming off its place. I contacted Lenovo and although it was only 7 months old and still under factory warranty, they didnt agree to repair at no cost. They are assuming is due to mishandling or accidental damage and took no responsibility. I find this very disappointing. So not only poorly built but also bad customer service. I hope at least my review raise awareness.

> 3 dayMy first Chromebook, but Ive owned dozens of laptops, desktops, servers, tablets over a few decades. Going from a large laptop, I needed something for web apps only (email, accounting, documents, etc) and wanted something more than a tablet but less than a full blown laptop, and most important, very good battery life. So far, Im very impressed. Very nice to be able to use the keyboard and touch screen at the same time (faster scrolling, etc). Very snappy performance, plenty of room, just the right size to be portable yet large enough to be visible for older eyes. Using for work (self-employed) so I can be in contact no matter where I am, via wifi or bluetooth tethering. Hoping to get at least three years from it before upgrading to something faster, and it has enough speed that I think that is entirely possible. The price wasnt my main consideration, although value was, and on that point, I feel like Ive done well.

> 3 dayMy clinic uses this model for our medical assistants and our providers. Combined with our cloud EHR, this is an incredible, powerful tool to streamline patient care. I cannot say enough good things about this. We have a provider who is technology-averse, or at least she thought she was before she found a machine that just WORKED. No ridiculous loading times, no updates that take hours on end. Every single one of us loves our Chromebooks and the blizzard white is both professional and unique. Patients love them- especially when we flip them to tablet mode for patients to view consents.

> 3 dayLove my Lenovo! Bought a chromebook and returned it. Just not a Google based fan. Lenovo is fast and easy to use. Light up keyboard is a great extra feature. This works for all my home needs.

> 3 dayNo I would not recommend this product because that case of this product is very fragile. Purchased 2 an both had the same problem. Despite an additional case protection
