Lenovo Chromebook C330 2-in-1 Convertible Laptop, 11.6 HD Display, MediaTek MT8173C, 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage, Chrome OS, Blizzard White

After using it for an hour the mouse will start moving around erratically. It will disappear from the screen and start randomly clicking and zooming in. Not sure whats causing it. I googled for help and there is nothing out there for chromebook help. Ive tried resetting. That helped for a couple days.

Im not one to write negative reviews, but in this case I feel compelled to. Ive had my Chromebook for five months, and after giving it a fair chance, I can safely say that this laptop is an awful product. I dont know where to start, but here are a few examples. At one point, Id downloaded some large files, and it gave me a warning message saying that I was almost out of disk space and some files might be automatically deleted -- and before I had a chance to move files to a thumb drive, it simply deleted files. I can never recover those files.

I bought this Chromebook for my son for school. This computer has worked very well up until a few months ago. Now my sons Lenovo C330 will shut down for no reason in class and the only way to turn it back on is to plug it into the wall on a charger. This happens on a daily basis now. I expected more from this chromebook and I DEFINITELY expected it to last more than a year and a half. So no warranty and Im told they dont make this chromebook anymore so Im out of luck. I would have given five stars before this but now it gets one. For longevity I dont know if I would buy Lenovo again.

This computer cane quickly and in perfect condition. I am still learning the ends and outs of it but I love it so far!

Great little Chromebook

Not very user friendly, settings disappear and I’ve had to reset twice already, which means I have to redownload all of my apps. Not impressed, but you get what you pay for I suppose.

Didn’t even last a year. Purchased for homeschooling, my daughter received it for Christmas last year... won’t even power on anymore. Was used only for school. Not user error, my daughter is very responsible and takes very good care of all her belongings.

Had it for several months. Great purchase. Battery life is exceptional. Chrome OS is simple and perfect what I need

Its nice, simple and sleek. Its a writers best friend. The touchscreen is a beautiful touch for this price range.
