Ive had this operating for a few months, 24/7, with my laptop and about eight peripherals. One of the great things about it is that it passes the computer power supply through to the computer, and also uses it to run itself. Ive got dual monitors plugged into it, and have only had one hiccup. Once I plugged in my laptop, and the displays didnt come on. No matter what I tried. So I unplugged the power connection, and let it cool down for a day. It always runs slightly warm, but thats no big deal. When I unplugged it, it was no more warm than usual, but I figured that would let things cool off anyway, and reset themselves. Sure enough, when I powered it up the next day, in the same configuration, everything ran just fine. And since then (its been about two weeks), its been running well. No problems. So overall, a great value for the money. Why pay a hundred or more for a port replicator when you can use this, and its small enough to take with you anywhere?

Compact and yet Powerful. Exactly what I needed to connect my peripherals to my New MacBook Pro with only two Thunderbolt 4 connectors. Nicely designed and built to accommodate all the connections without taking much desk space and only using one Mac thunderbolt connection leaving the other to charge my Mac separately. I bought this to help connect my 2019 MacBook to my hard drives and my bluetooth Logitech Keyboard and Mouse. The keyboard and mouse were responding very slow and sometimes not at all. I ordered another brand that was designed to do the same thing as the Lention, but it had less USB ports. I switched the adapters to see if it would work better and it now the keyboard and mouse are working perfectly. I have concluded that the USB ports on the Lention are the problem. I will be sending it back and asking for a refund.

Using this Lention USB-C, I was able to do what I needed to do— connect my Rose Gold MacBook to a large monitor, a compact DVD player and a real keyboard. I also use it to charge my Bose Headphones and iPhone.

I bought this to replace my Mac USB-C to USB-A, HDMI, & USB-C splitter which cost 3x as much (by which the USB-A port died after 12 months). So far its functioning very well so I hope its > durable than the Apple product.

This is an amazing product and of very high quality, all the ports work and plugs in firmly.
